Mailforge is great for any company that seeks to set up a reliable email infrastructure. The best feature by far is the intuitive setup, which takes up no time at all. The customer support deserves special recognition as well - friendly, helpful and very fast, which is a definite plus. One possible downside would be the limits on the number of mailboxes attached to domains - but this is not strictly something that is Mailforge's problem, since it's more of a recommendation, rather a strict limit. The fact that the minimum amount of slots you can buy is 10 kind of forces you to connect more domains, but maybe this isn't such a dealbreaker if you have multiple ready to go. There’s not much to complain about so far. If anything, it would be helpful to have more advanced analytics or inbox health monitoring built directly into the platform. Terrible! We shifted the outbound of our team. Purchased 45 mailbox slots with 14 domains. The first weeks there were no problems.

The problems gradually started. Sometime mailboxes would get randomly blocked - even though we only sent 5 mails/ day. The team told us to simply delete the mailbox & add a new one. Which we did.

Problem became worse. More inboxes got blocked. We told the team. They told us to delete old inboxes & create new ones.

This went on for a few weeks. Until today. All our 45 mailbox got blocked in 1 day. Disaster for the business. Our volume fell by 95%. It will take weeks to warm up other inboxes.
