This PRM offers a significant amount of flexibility for providing best in class partner experience through partner groups, role groups, etc. There is quite a bit of valuable partner and PRM analytics available out of the box as well. There is a lot I like. Salesforce PRM has a clean, intuitive interface that's easy to navigate. Even for those of us that are not very technically-minded, it's straightforward to find what you need. I also like the ability to create custom dashboards. It's ace! We can tailor the view to our specific needs, highlighting the most important metrics and KPIs for our charity.
