what i like most about Salesforce order management system is its ability to link customer information to their project detail. It means i can see all the detail related to that client in one place be it their type of flooring project, material ordered, appointment and install dates, all the important documents like order confirmations, invoices, flooring map etc.
Also, the feature of connecting outlook to salesforce that made it easy to link all the important email related to customer in salesforce in their project file , it helps everyone working on that customer profilr to save the emails at one place so all knows what is the status of project , saves time and make it efficient. Sometimes when accessing larger data files, or accessing to project related photos , the system takes time to load and lags data. This is sometimes time-consuming and frustrating from my personal experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesfoce Order Management is an amazing software and services in sales communion and yeashh i like it like i said in the title that the UI and services is greatly made for the customer, and it worked for my sales performance that visible with the number of sales closed monthly increased, i'd using the service almost everyday in a weeks, with the intergation to my others platfrom like gmail,and linkedin and also we can't forget about a great customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesForce is a greta platform for managing your clients and setting up everything from opportunities, to contacts, appointments and more. SalesForce was used numerous times per day and was very beneficial. We use a version called Lightning which made navigation much easier and less bulky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This may be more due to the organization I was in, but due to the IT department controlling what views we see, they would make changes that made no sense to someone in Sales. For example, they moved Contacts to a sub-view and put in place Related Contacts. RC's did not have the same info. So this added another step or two to get the view I needed. I like that businesses can automate order routing based on the most cost-effective or fastest fulfillment option, improving operational efficiency. The system also supports various fulfillment methods, such as buy-online-pickup-in-store and curbside pickup, making it adaptable to modern retail needs. It also detects real time inventory visibility and allows customer interaction. Over-all its a system that has a lot of room to improve but so far it has been an amazing day-to day tool that has changed our work load tremedously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the dislike I have is the price. For companies that have high volume orders it can easily add up. I also hope they can come up with a system where its not that complicated for businesses who are transitioning the the program as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have two things I like most-
1. It has automated the key processes like order capture, inventory tracking, shipping, and returns, reducing manual work and minimizing errors.
2. it has also utomated the workflows across sales, operations, and fulfillment teams, making order processing smoother and faster.
