The support team is almost always knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Sometimes they're "cook booking" to find the answers themselves, but they're still better than me having to do it by myself. Everything in one place: I love having all my customer info organized. No more digging through messy spreadsheets or emails trying to figure out who needs what.
Proactive help: It's awesome to be able to set up alerts, so I catch potential problems with customers before they become a big deal.
