What do you like best about Sales Assembly?

Since being introduced to Sales Assembly I've now made it a priority to bring them on as a vendor every time I joined a new company for 3 reasons:

1. They're a great team that genuinely care about giving back and helping their customers

2. Their solutions continue to improve year after year

3. The ROI is a no brainer for what we get from it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?

Not much. The value is great and they keep improving the solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sales Assembly:

You have to prioritize leveraging their value. Otherwise the investment will not be worth it. My advice is make sure leadership leads the charge and incentivizes people to take advantage of the offerings they have. If leaders internally don't promote and empower their teams to take advantage of the offerings then it won't make an impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping with enablement, coaching, and general upskilling the entire GTM organizations. This includes both individual contributors as well as leadership. Every organization is being asked to do more with less and Sales Assembly is a perfect solution to help compliment internal efforts to increase productivity and effectiveness for your teams. What do you like best about Sales Assembly?

Regarding the Sales Enablement Certification course: The training was overall great. They separated it into 4 sections over 6 hours with an hour lunch break and two 5 min breaks. Four different speakers with their own presentations. One breakout room activity per presentation, lots of other interaction. Folks weren't afraid to unmute and talk. I got to share some L&D wisdom for folks who aren't from that world; and I got to see how a sales-specific enablement program would run. What this did for me is give me confidence in 1. My own work, and 2. Going into rooms with sellers/sales managers and hold my own without feeling like I need my hand held because I don't have a sales background. I did learn a couple new things, but mostly I learned the sales-y connections that will help me talk the talk. I also, in the breakout sessions, surprised myself by how much I actually knew about sales and Salesforce. Our final breakout involved a group presentation that the group nominated me to present. Loved it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?

Figuring out how to create an account connected to one's company account can be confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sales Assembly:

Providing access to regular training, coaching, and group discussion or feedback sessions is invaluable to an individual's growth and overall company health. Invest in your people and they'll invest in their own work, which benefits the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales Assembly offers regular classes across a diverse range of sales topics. Even without a sales background, many of the classes can help upskill you in new areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sales Assembly?

Its really on-demand and as much or as little as you like to do / learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?

Some of the content is a little generic / broad but most of the sessions I've attended have actionable take aways which are hugely helpful to my team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a consummate learner and always looking to absorb new information and tips but it's hard to find content that's relevant. Sales Assembly offers a variety of mediums whether it be a 5-minute video or an hour-long roundtable with other individuals in my position at other tech companies to network and brainstorm. I just attended a session last week which mid-meeting i utilized for 4 deals and it helped to get 2 across the finish line that day. Huge success in my book Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about Sales Assembly is...

(1) Ability to meet fellow sales people from all over the world. Through Sales Assembly courses/sessions & small group dicussions, you have the ability to collaborate and share strategies that work for you during your sales cycle. Via the open dialogue that Sales Assembly provides, you are able to learn to think differently by hearing from your peers what works, or doesn't work, for them during their sales process.

(2) During the courses I have attended, Sales Assembly knocks it out of the park with the speakers they select. Each speaker has a unique background and story as to how they got to where they are today in their sales career. Even cooler, Sales Assembly does a fantastic job at selecting speakers that represent all genders and all parts of the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?

SA puts out workshops and content relevant to a salespersons process - how to improve your skills and methods in all different steps of a sales cycle. They always have engaging presenters sharing real-life examples that are relatable and help you fine-tune your skills , get a fresh perspective and network with other folks. The discussion is always helpful and good practice - whether it's reminding me of a tactic I'd forgotten about or providing a new and unique of approaching a situation. What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?

N/A - so far, all of my interactions with Sales Assembly have been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?

The content and courses in Sales Assembly has been SO helpful! The tool is very easy to use and I appreciate the on-demand as well as live course options. Personally, I find value in the weekly emails promoting upcoming live programs vs. scrolling through the course library.

I appreciate that the content comes from peers and offers techniques they've used that really work. I attended a course recently about closing business at the end of the quarter + was able to put what I learned from the course into action almost immediately.
