## Sales Assembly Reviews
  ### 1. I Love Sales Assembly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma J. | Editor and Publisher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

I enjoy the accessibility of the courses and how engaging many of the speakers are. I also appreciate how open the speakers are to questions, insights, and to being challenged when necessary. I think the quality of information is great and is very helpful to supplement my work.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

I would love more psychologically geared courses. For example, understanding why certain sales tactics work from a psychological perspective, the importance of play in work and entrepreneurship, how to effectively communicate with people across the board, etc. I think that would be really helpful both for lower level employees like me, all the way up to C suite.

**Recommendations to others considering Sales Assembly:**

I would recommend taking as many of the classes as possible even if they aren't necessarily in your wheelhouse! You can pull a useful nugget of information from anywhere.

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am very new in the sales world and Sales Assembly courses help me navigate the intricacies of not only the technical side of sales but also the cultural and linguistic niches that are within the sales world.

  ### 2. A Reliable, High-Quality Enablement Partner for a Team of One

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Audrey K. | Sales Enablement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

The content is highly actionable and grounded in real selling experience. The facilitators bring credibility and depth, which resonate with the team and lead to immediate behavioral changes.

I also appreciate:

A robust calendar of live sessions across a wide range of GTM topics.

An intuitive platform that makes it easy for reps to find what they need.

The ability to quickly plug reps into a session the moment we identify a skill gap, providing on-demand enablement in a true sense.

A genuinely supportive Sales Assembly team that feels like an extension of ours.

It’s one of the few external platforms I trust to consistently deliver high-quality training without hand-holding.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

The only challenge we occasionally run into is around session timing. With a packed GTM calendar and team members across multiple time zones, it can be difficult to align everyone’s availability with the scheduled live sessions. Offering more varied times or additional sessions that accommodate international team members would make it even easier for the whole team to participate live.

**Recommendations to others considering Sales Assembly:**

If you're thinking about bringing Sales Assembly into your organization, I’d recommend treating it like any other key enablement program: build a thoughtful rollout and set clear expectations from the start. What worked well for us was having a strong implementation plan with a defined ROI and specific goals for how the team should use the platform. Don’t just “turn it on” and hope people explore it— guide them.

It also helps to celebrate participation regularly, whether monthly or quarterly, so the team sees that their development is recognized. We layered in a simple incentive program to keep engagement high, which made a noticeable difference in certification adoption. And finally, share engagement and participation metrics openly with the leadership. Keeping that visibility front and center reinforces the value and encourages reps to take advantage of the training.

Sales Assembly works best when you treat it as a strategic part of your enablement engine, not just a content library. Consistent reinforcement goes a long way.

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Assembly has become a really valuable extension of our enablement program. We’re a lean team, and trying to build every piece of training in-house just isn’t realistic—especially when we’re ramping new hires or juggling multiple product releases at the same time.

For us, Sales Assembly helps with:

Getting new reps onboarded faster without reinventing the wheel

Giving our current SDRs, AEs, and post-sale teams ongoing skill refreshers

Filling bandwidth gaps when things get hectic on the enablement side

Bringing in an outside perspective so our team isn’t stuck in our own bubble

The biggest win is that I trust the content. It’s practical, it’s relevant, and I don’t have to question whether it’s worth my team’s time.

  ### 3. Empowers Sales Reps with Valuable Resources

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

I really appreciate the structure that Sales Assembly offers with their live webinars, which are incredibly beneficial as it allows me to stay updated with the latest methodologies and practices. I love the freedom that comes with choosing what events or webinars to attend, giving me control over my learning journey. The content library offered by Sales Assembly is another feature I find valuable, as it contains past courses that I can enroll in at my convenience, providing flexibility and ensuring that I have access to a wealth of information whenever I need it. Additionally, I like the certifications offered by Sales Assembly, which enhance my professional credentials and the private, peer networking calls facilitate a platform for exchanging ideas and gaining insights from fellow professionals, which is invaluable for continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

I dislike that I can't watch live calls after they have occurred. This limitation makes it difficult to catch up on content if I miss the live session.

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Assembly helps new sales reps generate opportunities, demonstrate tools effectively, and close deals, enhancing productivity. I value the live webinars, content library, and networking opportunities it provides.

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

I like the quality of speakers that they bring on to deliver sessions.

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

I appreciate Sales Assembly for providing insightful trainings that focus on current business trends and customer interaction, which are both essential for closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships. Their sessions extend beyond just immediate opportunities and cover additional value-creating activities like account and quarterly business reviews. These are industry leaders who engage participants interactively, offering hands-on learning experiences that are both informative and engaging. This interactive format significantly enhances the learning experience. Also, by bringing in excellent leaders and experts, Sales Assembly ensures high-quality training sessions. The potential addition of more materials and certifications would further support our continued use and possible expansion of their services. Overall, these aspects collectively enhance expertise across business and relationship management skills, ultimately benefiting customer service and business efficiency.

I would recommend better organization around different tracks for certifications. Understanding when specific trainings are available and what's required to meet different certifications can get a little confusing.

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sales Assembly for training, gaining insights on business trends, enhancing customer interaction, and improving efficiency in deal closing and relationship management, benefiting my personal skill expansion and our team's professional growth.

  ### 6. Insightful Sessions with Actionable Takeaways

**Reviewed by:** Jenn C. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

I genuinely appreciate the CS Peer Group and the opportunity it provides to connect with colleagues across the industry. The sessions are consistently centered around meaningful and impactful topics that resonate with the challenges and goals we face in our roles. Each session delivers substantial value, offering practical insights, strategies, and best practices that we can immediately apply. Our team has benefited greatly from these takeaways, implementing several ideas that have enhanced our workflows and improved our overall effectiveness. The collaborative environment and thoughtful content make these sessions a vital part of our professional development.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

I’d appreciate it if the timing of sessions could be reconsidered, as they often conflict with my client meetings. To ensure strong attendance and accommodate participants’ schedules, it might be beneficial to distribute a survey asking for preferred days and times.

**Recommendations to others considering Sales Assembly:**

• Think of this as a strategic investment in both your organization and your team's ongoing professional growth.
• Aim to participate in at least one session each month to truly maximize the value of the experience. The community is incredibly supportive, so feel free to ask questions, share insights, and actively engage.
• These sessions offer a rare and impactful opportunity to collaborate and brainstorm virtually, something that can be challenging to coordinate but is incredibly rewarding when done well.

The ability to connect and learn from peers in the sales and marketing industry is invaluable, providing insights that are fresh and aligned with the current challenges we face. I am especially impressed with their specific training on developing the ability to influence without authority, a crucial skill for frontline sellers that few others address so effectively. Additionally, the executive leadership roundtables are immensely informative, thanks to the expertise of participating leaders and the dynamic exchange of ideas. The personal touch and meaningful connections fostered by Sales Assembly make their content engaging and grounded in real-time experiences rather than outdated information.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

  ### 8. Valuable Sales Skill Development Resource

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nia L. | Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

I have been using Sales Assembly for almost a year, primarily to support our sales skill development training. I greatly appreciate how it provides content for sales skill development, especially given that our team often lacks the bandwidth. The peer group sessions are another aspect we love, as they offer significant value. I find the live programs particularly beneficial, and they often address areas where our sales team needs to develop their skills. Our Customer Success Manager (CSM) is invaluable, as she helps us align their services with our organizational priorities. This alignment includes selecting the right live sessions and skill development content with our initiatives, which are tailored to what we aim to train towards each year. I also love the ability to integrate these sessions into our enablement charter, allowing for the assignment of specific sessions to individuals, which empowers sales leaders to do the same for their team members.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

I would like to have more options for live programming, as the current offerings are limited to quarterly. More frequent live programs would significantly enhance the usefulness of Sales Assembly's services for us.

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Sales Assembly fills our sales training gaps, offering valuable live programs and peer group sessions that integrate with our priorities, while our CSM’s support ensures tailored skill development.

The program is particularly valuable as it brings in a multitude of professionals who are actively in the business or have been recent sellers to share their expertise, which adds a practical and current perspective to the training. I also love the structured approach they provide, which is especially beneficial for sales teams with varying levels of experience. The ease of class registration, the insightful nature of the sessions, and the availability of follow-up content make the learning experience enriching. With their holistic training model, they allow individuals to identify and work on their skill gaps, thereby promoting a personalized growth journey.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

I find it challenging that the class timings often overlap with client calls, which makes it difficult for me to attend without disruptions.

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sales Assembly for standardized and autonomous sales training, which levels up our salespeople in account planning and prospecting. It's an effective way to standardize training expectations and address individual skill gaps with easy registration and insightful, follow-up content.

I can't always be on camera during the calls so I wish there wasn't the "shaming" at the beginning of each call to keep your camera on, as that's just not always possible.

**Recommendations to others considering Sales Assembly:**

I would highly recommend giving Sales Assembly a try. The amount of knowledge and experience you come away with is unmatched, and if you are looking to perfect your craft and see continued growth, this is the best way to do it!

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 21. Abundant Class Times and On-Demand Videos Enhance Learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aisha M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

There are plenty of class times available and lots of on-demand videos.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

I have sat in a couple certifications with back-to-back classes in which the presenters contradicted each. For example, when talking about cold emails, one presenter said research shows cold emails need to be short and sweet. Then the next hour I sat in another class for that same certification and the presenter said research shows that longer, more informative cold emails are the way to go.

**Recommendations to others considering Sales Assembly:**

I would love to have access to courses for management in order to grow my career. This may be available, and maybe my employee does not give us access.

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Assembly offers different perspectives on the sales process. This allows me to think outside of the box and improve my process.

**Recommendations to others considering Sales Assembly:**

If you’re scaling a customer team or revenue team and need enablement without hiring a full-time trainer, Sales Assembly is an easy decision. It’s practical, community-driven, and valuable.

  ### 28. More than training - it's a community that actually helps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

What I like best is that it feels like having a support system of people who actually get what I'm dealing with day to day. I'm not sitting through generic training modules that don't apply to my reality - I'm learning from experts and peers who understand the messy, complex situations that come up in account management. The live learning sessions are great because I can ask questions about real scenarios I'm facing, and the community aspect means I'm not figuring everything out alone. It's also flexible enough that I can tap into it when I actually need it, which matters when I'm in the thick of open enrollment season with back to back meetings. It doesn't feel like one more thing on my plate - it feels like a resource that's there when I need help navigating something challenging.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

Honestly, I don't have major complaints. If I had to pick something, it's that a lot of the live sessions are scheduled in the morning, which is typically my busiest time of day. Between client meetings and internal check ins, it's tough to carve out that time for learning.

**Recommendations to others considering Sales Assembly:**

If you're in a revenue role that requires more than just product knowledge - especially if you're navigating complex relationships or carrying quota for the first time, Sales Assembly is worth it. My advice: actually engage with it. Use the community, attend sessions when you can, and bring your real challenges to the table. The value comes from actively using it, not just having access. If you're willing to put in the effort, it'll make you better at your job.

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Assembly is helping me bridge the gap between knowing my product and actually being effective in my role. This is my first year carrying quota as a Channel Account Manager, and honestly, managing complex broker relationships and a $2M+ portfolio is a lot different than I expected. I can't just rely on product knowledge - I need to know how to navigate tough renewal conversations, handle pricing pushback, and build real relationships that actually stick. What I love about Sales Assembly is that it's not just another training platform I forget about after one session. I get to learn from people who've been in the trenches, and I can tap into a community of other revenue folks dealing with the same challenges I am. Whether I'm working through a tricky broker transition or trying to figure out the best way to approach a client who's on the fence about renewing, I have practical resources and real people to learn from. It's made a tangible difference in how I show up for my accounts.

  ### 29. Empowering Sales with On-Demand Training

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

I find Sales Assembly's on-demand trainings incredibly helpful, particularly for our new hire classes. These training resources allow my team to learn essential sales skills at their own pace and convenience, which enhances their ability to perform better in outreach tasks. This feature has been instrumental in improving their sales performance, leading to greater success in their roles. The flexibility of having both on-demand and live training sessions empowers us to address our specific needs efficiently, and the ability to revisit these materials aids in reinforcing critical learning objectives. The value added to our organizational learning and development through these training methods has been significant, making Sales Assembly an essential part of our training strategy.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

Nothing specific comes to mind

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sales Assembly to enhance my mentoring and sales management, providing on-demand and live training that boosts my team's skillset and success in outreach, especially beneficial for onboarding new hires.

  ### 30. Inspiring Sessions Packed with Actionable Strategies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

All of the sessions i've attended have included a good mix of speaking to strategic motions that could be implemented for continued success and a mix of anecdotal based discussion. These two combined give light to the "what" and "how" and really leave me with excitement to implement some of what was discussed in my own practice.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

Honestly, there was one session where we were put in breakout groups with strangers and that was not my favorite. I didn't feel like I got anything particularly special in comparison to the other groups as well.

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company began offering Sales Assembly courses as a way to level up our Customer Success and Sales orgs. Our company is expanding at a rapid rate, and the Sales Assembly courses allow our expanding team to connect on a regular cadence to continue learning about all the different ways we can be successful in our customer-facing roles. Particularly, I have really enjoyed hearing about managing customer escalations and speaking to product value with customers, and have already implemented some of the learnings i've taken away from the course.

  ### 31. Great enablement at scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

Reps align around shared playbooks and messaging frameworks.

Managers gain visibility into which skills and behaviors are being reinforced.

Performance gaps narrow as best practices are institutionalized, not just tribal knowledge.

New reps ramp faster by learning from experts outside the company, not just internal content.

Onboarding becomes scalable and repeatable as the company grows.

Managers save time and can focus on coaching vs. teaching fundamentals.

Live cohort sessions create a culture of shared accountability.

Ongoing refreshers ensure repetition and long-term retention.

Leaders receive insight into who’s applying new behaviors and who needs support.

Shared frameworks and language across GTM functions.

Better collaboration on campaigns, plays, and customer handoffs.

Real-world examples from peer companies on aligning revenue motions.

Clear data on who’s engaging and how that maps to performance.

Benchmarking against peer companies to assess enablement maturity.

Ongoing reporting that helps quantify ROI for revenue leadership.

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

A few sessions may feel a bit broad or generic — particularly for highly specialized or niche selling motions — rather than deeply tactical for your exact context.

**Recommendations to others considering Sales Assembly:**

Treat Sales Assembly as a Strategic Partner, Not Just a Training Vendor - Don’t view this as a one-off training library — you’ll get the most value when you integrate Sales Assembly into your ongoing enablement strategy. The partnership model is where the ROI compounds.

Build Internal Accountability & Reinforcement Loops Around Their Programs -Sales Assembly delivers the foundation — but the real impact happens when leaders reinforce it internally. The more you operationalize the learning, the faster you see performance lift.

Take Full Advantage of the Community - The peer network is one of the most underrated benefits. You’re not just buying content — you’re joining a network of high-performing revenue teams.

**What problems is Sales Assembly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inconsistent Sales Execution / Lack of Seller Consistency
- Sales Assembly creates a unified sales language and motion across the team. Their structured learning tracks and frameworks ensure everyone — from SDR to AE to CS — is following consistent, proven methodologies.

Slow Ramp / Poor Onboarding of New Hires
- Sales Assembly shortens ramp time with structured onboarding paths tied to each revenue role. Every new hire gets immediate access to curated, role-specific training modules and live sessions that mirror our GTM process.

Training Doesn’t Stick / Behavior Doesn’t Change
-Sales Assembly embeds reinforcement directly into the learning model. With a combination of cohort-based sessions, peer accountability, and recurring micro-learning opportunities, reps continually practice and apply what they learn.

Misalignment between GTM (Go-to-Market) Teams
-Sales Assembly programs don’t just train sellers — they develop all GTM functions. Teams from marketing, enablement, and customer success join shared learning environments, aligning on messaging, customer personas, and go-to-market strategy.

Difficulty Measuring/Proving ROI of Training / Enablement
-Sales Assembly provides structured tracking and performance metrics tied to participation, completion, and post-program performance impact.

**Reviewed by:** Justin Jay J. | Mentor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

Since being introduced to Sales Assembly I've now made it a priority to bring them on as a vendor every time I joined a new company for 3 reasons:

1. They're a great team that genuinely care about giving back and helping their customers
2. Their solutions continue to improve year after year
3. The ROI is a no brainer for what we get from it

**What do you dislike about Sales Assembly?**

Not much. The value is great and they keep improving the solutions.

**Recommendations to others considering Sales Assembly:**

You have to prioritize leveraging their value. Otherwise the investment will not be worth it. My advice is make sure leadership leads the charge and incentivizes people to take advantage of the offerings they have. If leaders internally don't promote and empower their teams to take advantage of the offerings then it won't make an impact.

**Reviewed by:** Katie K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Sales Assembly?**

Regarding the Sales Enablement Certification course: The training was overall great. They separated it into 4 sections over 6 hours with an hour lunch break and two 5 min breaks. Four different speakers with their own presentations. One breakout room activity per presentation, lots of other interaction. Folks weren't afraid to unmute and talk. I got to share some L&D wisdom for folks who aren't from that world; and I got to see how a sales-specific enablement program would run. What this did for me is give me confidence in 1. My own work, and 2. Going into rooms with sellers/sales managers and hold my own without feeling like I need my hand held because I don't have a sales background. I did learn a couple new things, but mostly I learned the sales-y connections that will help me talk the talk. I also, in the breakout sessions, surprised myself by how much I actually knew about sales and Salesforce. Our final breakout involved a group presentation that the group nominated me to present. Loved it.
