What do you like best about Sailes?

Sailes helps us connect wiht prospects that we didn't even know exhisted. It does the hard work of researching and diging for who to contact within the strict directions we provide and it nails it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sailes?

Saiels does so well with connecting through emails, I wish they could take the next step and inclorporate the actual phone call; but then again, I guess my team and I still want someting to to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sailes?

As someone who doesn't have much experience in prospecting, Sailes has been an extremely valuable tool in getting into new accounts. While our sales team is out in the cities, we are now building an extra list of prospects, contacts, and partners outside of the hard work they are doing. Not only is it great watching the bot pick up pace and traction as time goes on, it is also great to have a team back at Sailes who is ready to help us at any time. They have quick reponses and provide us with extra knowledge and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sailes?

There have been some typos or email mix ups, but the team is always quick to help with that. We understand that this is all still new and will just keep getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sailes?

It's innovative, good platform, always accessible should we have a question or need something fixed, the always-on nature of this channel, having control of our campaign via Starboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sailes?

Sometimes it feels like the bot goes rogue and we have to dial it back and do some offline relationship building with contacts, mismatched account/contact data sometimes, no SFDC integration (yet! but we know it's coming) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sailes?

Sailes works in the background while I can focus on other work. Provides leads I might not have been able to uncover and/or thought of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It does come across as automated tosome extent. The AI is not always spot on in replies. If a lead calls directly I'm not always familiar with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
