I appreciate the insights the data provide when you use the system to evaluate hazards and do inspections or incident investigations. I also liked that I was able to develop inspection templates and make modifications very easily to the system. In addition, when launching a self-inspection program for over 100 users, the system was very intuitive and took minimal to no training at all. Users gave great feedback on how simple it was to use. It is difficult to work out the kinks in the programming. All of it is set up 'user specific' and it isn't user friendly when trying to look up information and complete fields. If the field you are needing to complete doesn't offer the information you need to put in that field from the drop down box, there isn't an option to manual complete.
