Safetyculture has been an integral part of our workflow. It has been streamlining the inspection process for our workforce. The best part of the tool os that it comes in a much cheaper price as compared to other similar tool and it also offers a free trial to get started with confidence. Custom notification features for different tasks make it even more impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The deployment part can be a bit of a challenge in the beginning for many people as it was for us once. We were able to deploy with full capacity of the tool with the help of team of the software company team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SafetyCulture turned compliance and safety processes on their head. Creation of checklists for our needs was just so easy—it saved literally hours of manual work. Their integration to the existing legal tech stack is seamless, and its volume of features kind of makes us tick all the boxes in terms of compliance checks with very little effort. The ease of implementation coupled with proactive customer support has made this pretty seamless in terms of an adoption process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love most of the features, but I wish reporting were a bit more customizable. I know that core metrics are super valuable, but being able to manipulate these for exact needs around compliance reporting would be even better. Some of the advanced features do take some time to get used to, though once you're familiar with them, the value they have makes it worth the time invested. A few more onboarding resources could shorten up the learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SafetyCulture is a commercially acclaimed workplace safety system, its features and digital tools are perfect for building a safe, legal and highly ergonomic workplace.

The initial registration process of this system is a bit slow, I think it should be much faster to optimize the time of each user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Inspections become much easier with SafetyCulture. The mobile app is very simple, which makes our teams able to do checks easily when visiting the site. Also, templates are customizable so inspections will be tailored to what is needed. I also enjoy how it meshes beautifully with our other systems, such as task management, allowing us to take care of if and when there is an issue. Real time reporting is made possible so that problems or concerns can be quick fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SafetyCulture is fine, but there's an initial setup problem to it. It takes time and effort to customize templates and even properly setup everything for the first time. The learning curve to adoption can be a barrier for new users, delaying adoption. Additionally, the app has syncing issues sometimes, meaning data won’t update right away and you may be waiting on updates during time critical inspections. That can also add more things to follow up on issues and slow down the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My experience with SafetyCulture has been practical and balanced. SafetyCulture grants the facility to neatly track inspections that have been archived and track historical data to evaluate trends. One of the things I like, besides checklists for weekly review of objectives, is that after an inspection, it allows me to generate the results in a clear PDF format and thus quickly share the information with my team. SafetyCulture is mostly reliable and I'm very satisfied. If there's one thing I should mention it would be that sometimes the data synchronization between devices is slower than expected, but at the end of the day I've been able to work around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use and customisability, and clean app that performs well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some issues that we've run into is not being able to get an overview or some analytics about the inspections, or to search by GPS location; this can be avoided by using the site feature but does not apply in our use case.
Asset tracking at the moment isn't fully ready to replace the site feature, so there's some friction there. Customer support agreed with us in this case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to customize checklists is a standout feature. It allows us to tailor assessments to specific site requirements, ensuring no detail is missed before starting tasks. We use it approx. 20 times a day. The platform's user-friendly interface and real-time reporting have improved accountability and streamlined communication between teams. The shift to digital records has made compliance effortless and audits much simpler.
The implementation is a little complex to start but after playing around with it I havent needed to contact Customer Support which is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The limited integration with Buildertrend is a drawback. Specifically, the inability to schedule assessments directly based on a schedule item date adds an extra layer of manual work. A more seamless integration would greatly enhance workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that whether from a phone, tablet or computer, I can stay connected and manage inspections, even when I'm traveling between different campuses or events. For me, SafetyCulture is ideal for standardizing processes using the daily inspection templates and for creating detailed reports with an accurate view of routine operations and verifications, making it easy to present my results to the management team. If someone is looking to customize the user experience, it may take some time to understand all the functionality, but I can assure that the benefits far outweigh any initial investment of time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SafetyCulture greatly facilitates the organization and execution of quality inspections in our research projects. It allows me to structure each review in an orderly and sequential manner, which is ideal for quality control, and I can also create customizable templates and checklists to adjust the controls according to the specific needs and requirements of my risk assessments. I haven't found anything to be disappointing; perhaps it would be interesting to have even more detailed options for categorizing or automating reports, but in the main it covers my needs well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
