The best thing i like about SafetyCulture is that , its an incredibly versatile and user-friendly platform that has revolutionized the way businesses approach safety, quality, and operational efficiency. SafetyCulture is excellent for ensuring the control and monitoring of ongoing projects. It offers customized templates with the possibility of adapting their format to the specific needs of each audit as well as highlighting any problems on an ad hoc basis. The UI is intuitive and allows us to follow the progress of the inspections live and also keeps us informed about any changes or updates related to the audits in progress by sending notifications to the mailbox. SafetyCulture has really boosted our way of disseminating information within the teams during the course of inspections. The use of mobile devices to share the results of inspections with other persons has enhanced the speed of the entire exercise. It is particularly useful for tense climates given that time sensitive feedback is nearly always advantageous. Moreover, the tracking elements of the software make it easier for management to track the flow of each inspection and place more responsibility back on the team members. In terms of SafetyCulture it would be great if it were improved a bit by offering less detailed feedback on completed inspections. The system works for high level task tracking, but it doesn’t dig down into the actual things that we find on inspection in order to give us more detailed reports that we can analyze. Furthermore, the system is not easy to adapt to, and some teams have had an issue remembering old inspections when they need them, because they aren’t easy to navigate through multiple screens.
