This software is very user friendly, and it makes us more efficient in our daily tasks with thousands of pieces of equipment that has to be kept track of on a daily basis. The organization and ease of uploading the data to vital reports is extremely convenient. I like the number of features offered; this makes it easy to use this software with a variety of equipment that we have at our facility. Its very easy to accidentally create duplicate reports and when you have multiple people editing these reports at once it can make extra work when you are first learning to navigate it but this is easily avoided once you get used to the software. The only way to dispose of these duplicates is to archive the unwanted report and this has to be done by the creator but again not a big deal and easily avoided once familiarized with the software. SafetyCulture changed the management and brought more order to our equipment and tool inspections. We can delegate specific tasks to other users within the platform and it's very–easy to detail the activities to be performed, set deadlines and follow up. In SafetyCulture inspections have a modular structure that makes– easy to divide audits into parts, record the status of different equipment, add detailed notes and upload photos directly from the phone. SafetyCulture is excellent for ensuring the control and monitoring of ongoing projects. It offers customized templates with the possibility of adapting their format to the specific needs of each audit as well as highlighting any problems on an ad hoc basis. The UI is intuitive and allows us to follow the progress of the inspections live and also keeps us informed about any changes or updates related to the audits in progress by sending notifications to the mailbox. To date we haven't faced any problems, however it's crucial to have a stable internet connection, since if the network is weak or intermittent progress is not saved correctly; otherwise SafetyCulture behaves reliably, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SafetyCulture has really boosted our way of disseminating information within the teams during the course of inspections. The use of mobile devices to share the results of inspections with other persons has enhanced the speed of the entire exercise. It is particularly useful for tense climates given that time sensitive feedback is nearly always advantageous. Moreover, the tracking elements of the software make it easier for management to track the flow of each inspection and place more responsibility back on the team members. In terms of SafetyCulture it would be great if it were improved a bit by offering less detailed feedback on completed inspections. The system works for high level task tracking, but it doesn’t dig down into the actual things that we find on inspection in order to give us more detailed reports that we can analyze. Furthermore, the system is not easy to adapt to, and some teams have had an issue remembering old inspections when they need them, because they aren’t easy to navigate through multiple screens.
