What is Safety Team?

Safety Team is a digitally automated platform that simplifies OSHA safety training compliance for blue-collar businesses. Specifically, our software will automate the scheduling, hosting and documentation of mandated, recurring safety meetings. Employers enroll in our service through our client admin portal that is accessible through our website. While enrolling in the web portal, customers identify the industry and sub-industry that they work in. After enrolling, the company admin user uploads employee information including full names and mobile phone numbers of all employees. Employees will receive automatic text notifications from us: 1) to download the Safety Team app (a link is provided in the intro text) & 2) on the morning and afternoon of every safety meeting. Employees open the free Safety Team app, login using their mobile phone number and are greeted by our safety mascot "Max the Safety Tiger". Employees must first select their language (English or Spanish) then select their job site location, then watch a short, high quality safety video. All versions of app are available in both English and Spanish. After completing the safety video, employees sign their name on screen, then take a gamified quiz. A leaderboard populates showing quiz performance for every employee. Employees are given a 48hour window to complete the video and quiz. An attendance report is emailed to all company admin users after 24 hours and again after the 48 hour training window has closed. The attendance report will list names of all employees who completed the training and will list names of all employees who did not complete the training. The purpose of the 24 hour email is to notify company admin users the names of the employees that still have only 24 hours to complete the video training. For mandatory OSHA documentation & attendance, company admin users can instantly access the safety meeting attendance forms in our portal. The attendance forms comply with regulatory standards and include company name, employee names, employee signatures, location when completed, timestamp of when completed and language the training was completed in. Attendance records are downloadable for specific date ranges and save to the users hard drive as a pdf file. The service saves employers lost productivity associated with in-person, time-consuming safety meetings.
