What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

We’ve been with CoAdvantage for several years now, and their level of service has been excellent. Between the easy onboarding, quick responses, knowledgeable support, and intuitive software, it has made my work more efficient. What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?

The only downside I’ve experienced during my time with CoAdvantage is not being able to pull prior-year W-2s. Our auditors request them every year, and we end up paying the $50 fee each time. What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I appreciate CoAdvantage for having everything in one place, like payroll, ATS, performance management, workers' compensation, and I-9, with easy links to other services. The easy accessibility to the team handling our account is great too. It takes a lot of the workload off my plate, especially with unemployment and leave of absence support. I like the I-9 platform; having it digital is way better than dealing with the paper process. The payroll counterparts are very helpful despite some system constraints. The LOA and Unemployment team are the most helpful departments; they handle the majority of the work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?

Not having the stored schedules expire every three months. The inability to remove uploaded documents from the platform ourselves. Lack of ability for employees to delete and add punches (fix their own time) before payroll closes during the week. The uploaded CoAdvantage acknowledgment form not being a part of the onboarding packet, causing HR to upload it on the NHO day. Lack of a one pager for all benefits and their costs available to show at NHO for a preview of what is offered. Absence of a digital document as part of the benefit offering that includes a questionnaire on why employees did not select benefits, with it being a part of their employee file. What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I use CoAdvantage for payroll and employee benefits and have been a customer for a little over a year. The price was a major factor in my decision to switch from TriNet. CoAdvantage helps ensure our employees are paid on time and assists us in staying up to date with new HR policies and procedures required by law, which we find valuable. I appreciate receiving important recap emails about updates for the states we operate in, as they take away the burden of having to research and keep up with legislative changes ourselves, preventing potential issues. I find their web-based system, particularly the payroll and reporting systems, easy to use and manage. It has a simple, intuitive interface that allows us to find the information we need effortlessly. Overall, I feel that CoAdvantage covers everything we need, and I have no complaints, which encourages me to continue our partnership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I use CoAdvantage for payroll services and have found it to be very user-friendly. The team is helpful when assistance is needed, and all employee information from previous providers was migrated with no issues. CoAdvantage helps with payroll, W2 forms, deductions, and health coverage enrollment, making the process easier for me to review. There are fewer mistakes by employers when filling out information, and employees have someone to contact for assistance. I appreciate that they deliver fully integrated HR outsourcing with multiple service bundles, including payroll and tax administration, and HR compliance and risk management. The replacement of the legacy platform with CoAdQuantum has been a notable improvement. At this time, I am happy with everything CoAdvantage has offered and improved when upgrading. What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I use CoAdvantage for payroll processing, benefits administration, employee onboarding, compliance support, and managing day-to-day HR tasks more efficiently. CoAdvantage helps us stay compliant with labor laws and improve onboarding for new hires. This has created value by reducing compliance risks, keeping us updated on labor law changes, and making processes smoother for employees. I find their support team and platform valuable because their team is quick and knowledgeable, helping to resolve issues before they impact employees. The payroll and self-service portals stand out as they improve employee self-service, reduce admin workload, and minimize errors. The HR and payroll platform has significantly streamlined payroll processing and simplified benefits administration. The onboarding process, which automates document collection, new hire training, and benefits enrollment, is something I like and encourages me to continue or expand our partnership with CoAdvantage. What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I really like how CoAdvantage handles our multi-state payroll effortlessly, making things so much easier for us by just getting it done without worry. Their support with tax withholdings and keeping up with new regulations is extremely helpful, particularly with sending out memos on changes like the recent minimum wage increase in Florida. It's extremely convenient that we don't have to handle the actual payroll processing or calculate taxes and deductions ourselves. What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

Working with CoAdvantage has been seamless from our initial meeting through implementation. The integration process was well-organized and efficient. The transition was smooth thanks to the dedicated team. We utilize CoAdvatage daily for our HR and Payroll needs and have taken full advantage of their Time and Labor Management, Learning Management and Applicant Tracking tools. All services are user-friendly and easy to navigate. We will be implementing Performance Pro in the near future. Any interactions we have had whether with Sales, our Payroll Rep, HR Rep, or any other team members has been positive. Everyone is responsive and available to provide support when needed. What do you like best about CoAdvantage?

I really appreciated CoAdvantage for providing a stronger benefits package to employees and offering competitive sign-on pricing. It provided a cushion for my position when it came to HR-related issues and payroll questions, which was really helpful. I also liked their assistance with compliance, and having one person as the main point of contact for all my questions was a great support. The integration of Time and Labor, along with payroll software, significantly benefited our organization's workflows, saving time. The Master Reports were especially useful for our accounting team, and the payroll reports were accurate, saving hours of time with detailed data and specific reports we needed.
