What I like best about Runa is their unwavering commitment to excellence, for our business as well as theirs. Despite Runa providing a really positive experience, the slow approval process for some brands is a glaring downside. Recently, after a laborious struggle to get one approval, it was unexpectedly revoked, leaving us disheartened and frustrated. But this really was outside of their control. There are many things I enjoy about Runa. They have a vast assortment of eligible gift cards in many different countries. The process is fast and reliable. I enjoy Runa over some of the competitors like Giftogram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that it was possible to save message templates. Add more gift cards for the United Kingdom. Be able to add multiple gift cards to a specific email in one transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I send WeGifts to my employees monthly, not just to show my appreciation when someone goes above and beyond. But also for my employee's birthdays and work anniversaries. They love the ability to pick a brand of their choice within minutes of getting the email from me. I also like how easy it is to make the order. -Love being able to self serve invoices, uploads, and analytics. I'm obsessed with seeing what my customers spend their vouchers on! With my old supplier, I had to send the customer data to the ops team via the sales team which didn't feel secure and was slow, plus we couldn't cancel or resend vouchers.
-I think the platform looks really nice for customers.

Not exactly a downside, but I wish I could use a branded email template for bulk upload, since I send all my vouchers this way. Also would be easier on my end if I could pay by card without a charge. The ability to have access to e-gift links very quickly in large quantities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Had issues with cards not having value on them, or selling us a value it could not be redeemed for (loaded $15 on a card that after the fact could only be redeemed for $10 or $20). Though it was ultimately resolved, it created lots of service problems for us having to redistribute the gift cards at the proper value. Additionally, though we eventually received refunds for things that were their mistake, we did have to fight for them in some cases. Overall I would use WeGift again, I would just take extra time to double-check their work as there are clearly hiccups in their back end.

WeGift is a really useful platform that has helped us manage and distribute gift cards to our team and customers. If you've ever had to organise gift-giving at your company, you know it can be a real pain - you have to figure out what to buy, where to buy it from, and then distribute the gifts to everyone. WeGift makes all of that much easier.
One of the best things about WeGift is how convenient it is. With just a few clicks, you can purchase and send gift cards in bulk.
Another great thing about WeGift is the flexibility it offers. There are gift cards available from a wide range of retailers, so you can choose the ones that are most relevant, or, like we do, let our team choose what they want.

We are happy with the entire experience. If there was one thing that could be improved it would be the range of gifts in non US / UK companies. We employ people globally and a lot of the retailers are only relevant to the US and UK. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Backend interface and functionality could use improvement. New process for brand approvals is nit efficient. Certain navigation menu items aren't intuitive.

WeGift has hundreds of stores/merchants to choose from where you'd like to utilize your gift card. We gift them to employees on their work anniversary, and everyone has loved them so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is you cannot schedule a date to have a gift card sent. I used to schedule gift cards to go out at a future date when we would use Amazon gift cards to gift to staff, and that is one feature that WeGift is lacking.
