I am currently using flow charts to design bot conversation, and I have no problem onboarding Rulai Console to develop and test my bot. The presentation of the flow in the console is by far the best among other bot designs providers. I can jump into the design work from the console rather than a separate flow design software and launch the bot simulation. I'm impressed by how Rulai makes conversation design such a simple task. From the developer side of things, Rulai is able to do some great things. From using the tool directly in the console, to the ability it has for integration into other applications and platforms, the functionality is impressive. The Rulai team did a good job of making the basics of the tool very easy to navigate, while also providing the capability to do some more complex actions, if necessary.
