**What do you like best about RPM BPO?**

Their team is communicative and friendly. I never felt like I was waiting for an answer or response very long.

**What do you dislike about RPM BPO?**

They may not be the best option for scaling a full time team, but that in and of itself is their biggest benefit as you can cancel or renew contracts once the term ends depending on business needs - indefinitely if needed.

**Recommendations to others considering RPM BPO:**

There are other options, but this is a much better solution than hiring part time workers via any of the contracting sites. They have reps, ready to go and can get up and running quickly.

**What problems is RPM BPO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiring BDRs/SDRs in the US is expensive and sometimes a full time employee isn't necessary. RPM helped by offering a more cost effective alternative as well as contracts that fit the length of specific campaigns.
