I like that I can rearrange the order of driver stops and have customized routes that suit me, I also like that I can download a report and see all the information for a route on a specific day; it is good that it has the option to send automatic notifications to customers. There are several points that I do not like:
1. Routific always creates the routes of the drivers automatically, so to create a custom route I must first wait for Routific to create his, also every time I move the order of a stop appears a message "re-optimizing," and if there are many changes to make those few seconds of that message accumulate and waste time.
2. If there are some stops nearby and the driver doesn't take long to complete them, the timeline shows the stop as complete but very small and makes it difficult to click on it to show the information of that stop.
3. To change the project I ALWAYS have to go to "all projects" and from there look for the project to enter, I find it a waste of time always to have to do the same step, it would be easier if at the top where they show the date they show a small calendar and when selecting a specific day the project created for that day appears or not.
4. The application for drivers only allows to upload 1 image, this is a small problem; we usually need a photo of the boxes and the invoice separately, at other times, the invoice is 2 to 3 sheets, and there are several photos that we need to upload and it is a limitation to upload only 1 image.
5. Finally, I can not import a .csv file with stops for several days of the week, I must import the .csv file for each day with the corresponding stops, ie if a customer has deliveries from Monday to Friday, I must make 5 uploads of the file, it would be easier if in a single file could specify date or project and so each stop goes to the desired day or project. Routific can be seamlesly integrated with your current systems. Furthermore, the algorithms that use for optimization provide good quality scenarios that are very close to reality. It is fast so you can have it as your "partner" in your logistics problems and as part of the decision making process. Last but not least it is well documented and the dev site can be seen to test the app and get a good grasp of all the features and the API.

For the time being nothing, I had some issues with the implementation of the maps with the optimized routes for another platform but the engineering team was very supportive! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used Routific noumorous times and it is easy to use and creates routes in moments. There are a ton of features for every need. I especially like the large clear map that comes up so that I can also get an idea of where the route is and make adjustments. Plus they have great customer service. I didn't find any downsides. We collect items from client properties rather than make deliveries. I tried multiple routing software solutions before finding Routific and then was very happy that I found a solution that did everything we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can run a report from within my ERP and upload directly to Routific, which then intuitively creates a days worth of deliveries in less than 5 minutes. Previously a days worth of deliveries would take me one working day to manually sort through and try to efficiently plan my drivers routes (combination of local knowledge and using google maps).
Routific has more benefits than just being able to plan delivery routes; my business are trialling the benefits of using Routific to plan and schedule window and door installers along with service and maintenance works, which is showing some positive results and producing some cost savings.
The team at Routific, including founder Suzanne, have been super supportive and have offered up there time to personally call and discuss my needs, requirements and any additional features I would like to see in the new Routific.
I can't recommend Routific enough for it's ease of use, user friendly GUI and ultimately, the cost savings it has already produced for my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
