What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

Rollworks has helped us reach and penetrate accounts that we've been struggling for years through their lead locator product, and help provide clarity into the effectiveness of advertising at each stage in the funnel through their accelerator program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

I want to say the price, because who doesn't want to pay more, but I do feel we're getting a positive return on our investment with them.

What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

We've had an incredible experience with RollWorks, from onboarding to daily use. The onboarding process was one of the most well-structured we've encountered, covering everything we needed to get up and running smoothly. Once we transitioned to the customer success team, the support continued seamlessly.

The platform itself is extremely powerful and provides deep insights that help us refine our ABM strategy. One of the biggest value-adds for our team has been the ability to see which accounts are actively engaging on our site. The account spike emails have been a game-changer for our sales team, giving them real-time visibility into account activity and helping them prioritize outreach more effectively.

What do you like best about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

When we were ready to have a full reset on our ABM strategy, we started with a mandate that we needed something with the strongest integration with our CRM (Hubspot as our source of truth) and something that gave us flexibility in how we mapped and deployed our campaigns and revenue strategy. We are a small but mighty team, so looking for an organization that would actively partner with us was also critical. Rollworks quickly rose the top. The platform is intuitive and lets our team work quickly to build, deploy, and manage ABM/ABX activities.The Hubspot connection is slick - lets us have info moving back and forth each day without uploads or manual pushes. Best of all, the RollWorks team has been superb. Our team clearly understands our business, makes recommendations, and regularly helps us ensure we are getting the best ROI on the relationship. RollWorks has top tier customer service and support, from their onboarding process to weekly check in calls they are really there to make you feel supported and answer any questions. They provide customzied reports that take the leg work off of your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RollWorks Account-Based Platform?

If you are lacking in hubspot/salesforce hygien it can be hard to make sure you are getting the most from the platform. You can always do a manually review of accounts but it adds a lot of time.

Enterprise level accounts are harder to target given the size of the organization, we sturggled with narrowing down the titles enough to not spend a significant amount of money for each playbook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
