The integration with Hubspot is amazing. My sales team never has to login - they can see all the data in our CRM and with a quick toggle I can run ads targeting their target accounts seemlessly and in real time. The intent data overlays also allow us to expand our google keyword search to the rest of the internet and narrow down our target set to just those firms that are looking for products like ours. The level of information provided by this tool is something I never expected: I can see website visitors (some down to the contact level), spiking accounts, accounts showing intent (including keyword-based intent). Best of all I can connect this to Hubspot and Salesforce and automate some actions, like notifying a sales rep if a known contact clicked on an ad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has so many features that it definitely has a learning curve. Their customer support team is overall very good, though some team members are more invested than others in your success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Targeting Accuracy: The audience segmentation and targeting capabilities are robust. Rollworks makes it easy to pinpoint the key decision-makers within our target accounts, ensuring our messaging reaches the right people.
Integration with Salesforce: The seamless integration with Salesforce has been a huge plus. It allows for real-time syncing of account and lead data, which keeps our sales and marketing teams aligned.

Learning Curve: The platform does have a bit of a learning curve, especially for new users. It took some time to fully understand all the features and get the most out of the tool.

I have use other account based marketing platforms and RollWorks is definitely one of the plaftorms that I enjoy working in and out of. From the Onboarding process to full implementation their support team was there to provide any suppport our team needed. The platform is easy to use and their resources are easy to follow. Rollworks was our first ABM focused tool that we decided to deploy and, for a large part, has been a huge asset for our GTM team.
From the easy implementation and setup, direct integrations that we needed (G2, Hubspot, Slack), and amazing customer success support, it's made it's impact on our marketing strategy and execution.
We use the awareness funnel in Rollworks to track movement of a very defined target market - allowing us to track our activities back to true account impact in a way that I have not had access to do anywhere previously.
We also leverage intent spikes with our sales team through a direct integration with Slack, allowing us to know where to spend time when prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting is coming along slowly with iterative updates - and there's still some room for improvement when it comes to tracking/reporting on awareness stage movement at an individual account level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
RollWorks has allowed us to solve some of our biggest problems when it comes to the marketing and sales roads joining together. It has empowered us to deliver timely ads to our targeted accounts while building out a sales funnel that informs and prioritizes accounts. Being able to deliver marketing campaigns through RollWorks that allow marketing and sales to monitor accounts at key points in the buying journey has been the missing link to capitalizing on our budgets and getting to our highest priority accounts. Additionally, it continues to surface opportunities when accounts show a higher intent to buy, bringing them into the prioritization outreach cycle that we may have missed before onboarding RollWorks. We have seen increased collaboration and a deeper level of intent to harness in our outreach, and it has saved us time by filling the sales funnel with warmer accounts ready to talk to us. Lastly, the integrations with Hubspot and G2 have been key in making it all come to life in a single, easy-to-use view for sales, marketing, and leadership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
