- Missing common features that other PM tools have, like ability to input tasks by durations - ex. if a task finishes early, you have to manually intervene to move up the project schedule rather than the system auto-kicking off the next task with the same duration

- Overall requires a lot of manual intervention to manage projects, so it's better at proofing than being a PM tool

RoboHead is the most comprehensive project management software I have used to date. I have not yet figured out what it can't do for our marketing team. Visbility!! RoboHead allows project managers, project team members, admin, and technical staff (contacts) a high level view (at least) of their project status at any given moment. It has allowed us to eliminate the guessing and stay organized. Our team uses RoboHead daily to reduce redundancies, stay on task/schedule, and inform teammates of progress. I love being able to compare current files to previous versions. This allows me to look at previous comments and make sure that they have been addressed in the new version.
