What do you like best about RizePoint?

Easy interface to use and is much more visually appealing compared to our past solution. I also like the ability to add videos now instead of just images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RizePoint?

Occasionally, the application does lock up and freeze when using it on an iPad. This is becoming less and less frequent however with occasional updates to the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RizePoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use RizePoint to conduct hotel evaluations. The benefit of being able to conduct the entire evaluation using on device and one application is terrific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We just switched from MA 360 to Rizepoint and the mobile app now allows you to search a question by keywords. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RizePoint?

I would request that all the homepage screens should look exactly alike. Even with different user level access, the "additions" for more access items should be below the standard screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
