It's cloud based platform is amazing at managing not only all of the displays we have but also the content in real time. This has made content scheduling on multiple displays with varying content an absolute pleasure to manage. Rise Vision also includes customizable templates along with standard templates that are great for K-12 environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downfall is setting up certain devices, for example an Amazon FireStick, which requires additional settings for the display to work near flawless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use and able to make quick updates to signs when needed. With many campaigns and information changing, this is important for us to be able to do quickly. Rise Vision support was also able to help us throughout the process of switching from our previous signage solution to Rise Vision. We love the range of options for presentations and schedules. It's definitely a learning curve to use but I think Rise Vision does a good job of offering tutorials and support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The slides are great! I wish there were more editable slides besides the blank one, though. In a school setting we have a lot of announcements to do and it would be easier to have those options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wouldn't say I like the blank slide option. It never turns out right, honestly. But other than that, I love this program! I think we need more editable slides besides the blank one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite features of Rise Vision include first and foremost the ease of installation and implemenation on our hardware. We use the platform daily to broadcast news, information and upcoming events throughout our organization. The Rise media player integrated directly into the digital signage screens we already had throughout our buildings! Any time I've had a question or issue the customer support has been quick and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We struggle with the amount of clicks some processes require. We try to efficiently name our presentations but a lack of image preview sometimes make us question which presentation we want to select requiring us to return to the presentation to verify. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love using Rise Vision at my high school in Wichita, Kansas. We use the Rise Vision media player connected to hallway TVs to showcase upcoming events, YouTube videos featuring our athletes, announcements, lunch menus—you name it, and we can display it. It's incredibly easy to use—I have it bookmarked on my favorites bar because I receive content daily, and I can quickly add it to our playlist. Everything is seamlessly integrated. What makes it even better is that our students design the content, giving each presentation a unique and personal touch. Rise Vision meets all of our needs, is continuously updated, and their customer service is outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing I particularly dislike about Rise Vision. Like any platform, it requires a bit of patience to learn, but once you get the hang of it, the speed and efficiency naturally follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our school, De La Salle Collegiate in Warren, MI discovered Rise Vision through discussions with ou4 education technology provider. The initial push into using Rise Vision was spurred after completing a project aimed at creating a history Hall of Fame for their athletics department. The implementation of the android devices was quick and easy.
We have a multifaceted approach to our digital displays. We have successfully integrated Rise Vision into various aspects of school life, from athletics to academics to community involvement. We have Rise Vision installed in over 13 places in the school, including every water fountain to keep our students and parents informed everyday!
This versatility is showcased by collaboration with the Moms Club, whose numerous events and fundraisers are now prominently featured on the digital displays. Additionally, the admission department's digital display has streamlined communication for prospective students and parents, simplifying the application process and showcasing upcoming events.
The ease of managing our digital signage from anywhere has been a powerful tool to be able to keep content fresh. The support from Rise Vision has been fantastic ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly.
I highly recommend Rise Vision for your digital signage! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot think of any downside at all using Rise Vision Digital Signage. It certainly was a game changer for our school! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We actually have our students taking ownership and they are doin all the messaging. It is a user friendly process, so easy to use. Also, incorporating our brand is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a couple suggestions for templates I have requested. I understand they can't make one for every occassion, but they are so easy to use, we always love when more selections are added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The setup is simple. It is easy to train new users how to use the software. The templates are easy and useful. I like how they can be customized now too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it were easier to allow users to post across companies. Currently, each office has its own company in our setup, however, if an announcement needs to be put throughout campus it needs to be shared with each company instead of an easy way to push to all displays. The freedom in design. There are great templates to use, but we can also be as creative as we like which allows for more student involvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish they were more compatible with TV screens. With the dismantling of Chromecast, the need for boxes from Rise Vision has added a delay to the full use we had hoped for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Straightforward software that is easy to use and manage. We use it across a college campus with several people managing different screens and schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to change schedules to something you don't want to. Publishing comes available after a lag. No ability to easily delete your storage folder, which causes artifact images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
