I like the amount of templates and how easy it is to modify them for our needs. I also like the ability to create my own presentations using Canva, PowerPoint, or Slides. The support team is very responsive. When I had a question or an issue, they were very quick to set up a virtual meeting to walk me through the solution and further supported me by uploading relevant help resources for me to access later. The program was easy to implement and integrate with our current systems and hardware. We do wish that Rise offered more compatibility features with our current AppleTV devices. While it is possible to use AppleTV for digital signage, the setup can be cumbersome and not all features are fully supported. Additionally, we wish there was an integrated graphic creator within the platform. I work at a high school and Rise is perfect for displaying announcements to students without taking up too much room. It is easy to update whether I choose to do it monthly, weekly or daily. I really enjoy using the premade presentations for holidays or events. It makes things visually appealing and uses our branding to stay consistent. We use it all year long! Rise Vision has suport for almost any type of media player you could use. They also offer a host of templates, some of which can be customized with Canva. I found the Sub-company option works well with seperating our media players to have content edited and published by people in the department where the players are used. It also gives the flexibility of allowing IT master control and seperating editting and publishing to be limited to certain people with their department equipment. The best of Rise Vision is that you can manage a lot of displays from just one device, stop doing one by one. Also if you have any concerns or doubts about the system, customer support is just one email away from you and they are always there to solve any situation.
