The upside to using Rise Vision digital signage is that it is easy to manage multiple signage and works with Canva. I can create presentations and other designs in Canva and with a click of a button in RiseVision, they will be uploaded to my presentation. They have made it so simple to use versus a highly frustrating learning curve. Love it!

They have incorporated more templates for business!

When I have a question, the customer support is very responsive (they get back to you) (Novel concept these days). Implementing the Rise Vision system was straightforward; it was a no-brainer for our IT person. It integrated seamlessly into our network. I use their templates and manage all the signage weekly.

It's hard to get students to look at announcements and information. The displays and our use of Rise Vision software helps attract attention to announcements and information everyone in our school needs and they actually pay attention to it! The novelty of the changing, rotating and auto-updating content makes it easy to have a captive audience and engages everyone in our community. The "back end" is not hard to use but we don't have a lot of staff that are comfortable in using it. The programming features can be cumbersome for beginner learners and those not comfortable with tech. The lack of "drag and drop" customization scares some users away. Rise Vision is extremely easy to use and cofigure. The provided templates inspire ideas and creativity to communicate a range of events and happenings in your organization. There is a tremendous amount of flexabiltity in the use of the platform and I feel requests to get information in front of my viewers can happen quickly and seemlessly. We have an existing fleet of Apple TV units and have run into issues with the numbers of options and capabilities supported by the Rise Vision to the Apple TV platform. I love that it is ready to go right away. The Rise team has made it easy to start your slide show with a lot of pre-made slides that are easy to change to suite our individual needs. We are communicating with our students and customers in a way that we have never been aboe to before thanks to the Rise team. Although there are many pre-made slides that you can edit easily, creating your own slide from scratch can be a very daunting tast. Especially for someone that is less IT inclined like myself. I enjoy using RiseVision for work because it makes posting new content simple and efficient. The platform delivers excellent quality and offers a seamless way to schedule and assign content to various screens. I highly recommend it for large organizations. One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to organize screens by category, making it easy to locate the specific screens you need and ensure the right content is displayed in the right location. One of the features I like best is Rise Visions accessible web-based design and it's integration with Canva. The website is accessible from my tablet and iPad, so I can manage content from home on the weekends. This may be common on similar platforms but after years of using a desktop-based system, I don't take it for granted.

I had some experience with Canva before using Rise Vision so being able to design or edit signs on the web site also was easy from the start. That's really helped with adding content editors who are familiar with Canva because they don't have to email me signs and make corrections easily there on the site.

I like being able to schedule some displays to power on and off and having them set up to email when they go offline is a definite plus on a large, urban campus of 11,000 people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Rise Vision for about six months, so with the stipulation that I might be missing something, I wish scheduling were a little easier. Once I sign is scheduled, I have to go into each schedule to set the display and expire times. It would be nice to have a box just pop up and ask if I wanted to set times for the sign on each schedule.

Also, I wish there was a way to link my personal Canva account, which I use for work, to the Rise Vision account. Sometimes I have content there I want to update or repurpose.

Finally, I wish there were more accessible training modules and videos. Maybe some YouTube content? I know there is some content on the site, but much of it seems geared toward other clients. It could be I haven't look hard enough though.

I will say my complaints are relatively minor, I think, and there's much, much more to like about Rise Vision there is to dislike. It's been a marked improvement over what we had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very easy to upload event signs and PowerPoints and other necessary images on the screen for display. We use it daily for whatever event we have in the building for information of what the event is and where. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't know if this is Rise or our tv but I do have to restart it through the backend of rise every once and awhile because a display pops up to connect to a bluetooth setting. Nothing major just happens sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love having a "one-stop-shop" for managing our displays. Both the setup of the devices and the day-to-day managing is user friendly, with tons of features including customizable pre-made content that we can easily brand. The dashboard allows us to see which displays are up and running every day, along with what content is being displayed at what time. Understanding Rise Vision's terminology between creating the presentation then assigning it to a schedule then the schedule to a display (versus just assigning the presentation direclty to a display) took some time to adjust to, but we are comfortable now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The setup of Rise Vision is super easy, thanks to the support and 'how-to' videos they provide. Rise Vision also allows you to use any media players you may already have that work with their app. It's also easy to use & if you have questions, the support team is always willing to help promptly.
