Rise Vision has been a great tool for us to communicate and share announcements with our students and staff/faculty. As a Catholic school we are able to share a Bible verse everyday for everyone to read. As a school we have four different communities that our students are separated into - for the NCAA basketball tournaments we are having a little competition between each community and the great thing about using Rise Vision is that we are able to show up to date results of the games and current standings within our competition. Rise Vision also has a large number of pre-built templates that are customized with your school colors and are very user friendly. So far we are very pleased with Rise Vision. Currently there is nothing that we dislike about Rise Vision but I would say the only struggle we are trying to work through is scheduling our devices to remotely turn on/off at the times we have scheduled. The templates not only make creating presentations easy, they also look professional. On the templates themselves, you can add additonal components in order to customize the presentation to your needs. If you want to have more control over what the presentation looks like and functions as, Rise Vision has a "blank landscape" option where you can create your own presentations with functionality tailored for you. While there are exciting integration opportunities with Google Calendar, Social Media, and more, there are still a lack of templates that use Google Sheets. There are ways to remedy this through blank landscapes and components, but they do not currently look as nice as templated presentations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Asset storage can be a little frustrating to navigate at times. Some of the widgets don't adapt to different screen resolutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rise Vision could be used with the TVs we had already purchased and being able to customize each tv with a different playlist was invaluable. I manage the signage across our community health centers and we are able to easily share events, highlight staff and services, or do general promotions. My IT staff were able to install within a few minutes and the admin interface is easy to use and they are constantly supplying me with engaging templates. I've needed customer support a couple of times and was blown away by their response time and resolution speed. We use the players each day in our clinic spaces and have been a great addition to make the space more engaging as well as cutting down on paper posters we are hanging. The platform is incredibly helpful and easy to use. The interface is intuitive and smooth, making it simple to update displays whenever necessary. I also really appreciate the constant stream of new content, which keeps things fresh and relevant, making it easy to engage and update displays with timely and dynamic material. I love the ease of communicating with the pre-made presentation slides that are easily editable, colorful, inspirational and educational. I cannot tell you the number of comments I get from high schoolers. I love that we can use our old defunct tv for something so impactful, with minimal investment of time and $. I wish there was a way to distinguish between types of holidays/events. To hide things not celebrated in our country-for example Rememberance Day is unique to other countries. I love the calendar option for scheduling, but even more in advance is better for busy educators. I would love to schedule a Christmas countdown, when I have time to do it rather when the slide is made available a few days in advance of the holiday. I could schedule en masse for a month. It was very plug and play. We bought pre-configured players. Getting up and running was pretty easy and the website very intuitive. We had to do very little reading up to figure out how things worked. We like the tier structure that is provided via their concept of company and sub-companies. It is a way to allow some people control over a limited number of displays, with other having control over displays across multiple groups. That I hadn't found this solution sooner! Previously we had tried cobbling our own solutions with compute sticks and hidden laptops. Powerpoint delivered on usb via sneaker net was the most common way to do updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to post information to our students that is seen on a daily basis with the monitors mounted in our cafeteria. I believe the more they see the info, the more they are retaining.

Creating slides is very easy and loading them up is even easier.

There has been no downside to Rise Vision. We have had a very positive relationship. The only downside I would have mentioned was not being able to put a date range to run a slide....then I realized you can, and it has been so helpful!

Nothing so far it has been running smoothly since I've taken over responsibility for the software on campus. Even trained a couple of users on the essential functions.
