What do you like best about RingEX?

I like that there are more features being rolled out such as the AI Note taker. These types of roll outs make the app worth it as we grow as an organization with increasing needs and changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

I dislike that customer support is a long tedious process which sometimes does not yield results despite having to call them. I would prefer to email them a ticket and have a response with an answer within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing us to take control of our systems without having to go through a third party to implement changes immediately and gather data and analytics on our call volume which is important internally for hiring purposes as well as marketing purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RingEX?

ive been using RingEX for about 6 months now and honestly, it's made such a huge difference. The best part is that the AI actually understands and takes notes during meetings, saves me from typing everything while trying to focus on what people are saying! Also love how it cuts out all the noise from our factory floor during calls. Really helpful that I can start a call on my laptop and switch to my phone when I need to walk around the factory. the video quality is great too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

Sometimes takes a while to get hold of customer support when you need them. also, occasionally messages come through a bit late, but its not a deal breaker though. And the basic plan is a bit limiting, we had to upgrade to get more people in our video calls, which wasn't mentioned clearly upfront. And while the ai notetaking is great, sometimes it misses important points when multiple people are talking at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

RingEX has basically fixed a bunch of headaches we used to have running our food manufacturing business. Before, we were juggling like 3 to 4 different apps for calls, messages, and video meetings, it was a mess! Now everything's in one place, which saves so much time and confusion. The biggest game changer has been the meeting feature. Like, I'm in meetings with suppliers, marketing team, and production staff all day long. Earlier, I'd be trying to talk to suppliers while someone's typing notes, missing half the conversation. Now the AI takes care of the notes while I can actually focus on negotiating better deals. Plus, when I'm showing suppliers around our factory over video, they can actually hear me over the machinery noise, sounds small, but it's huge for us! We've also sorted out our internal communication issues. Before, messages would get lost between shifts, or important updates wouldn't reach everyone. Now our production team can quickly jump on video calls with marketing when there's a query about packaging or specifications. No more running around the factory looking for people or playing phone tag. I'd say we're saving at least 1-2 hours daily just from not having to manually write meeting notes or repeat information across different platforms. Plus, since everything's recorded and transcribed, we can go back and check details we might have missed. Another massive help is during our quality control checks. Our QC team can instantly video call me to show any issues they spot, and I can make decisions on the spot. Earlier, they'd have to take photos, email them, wait for responses, now it's just instant. What do you like best about RingEX?

I've been using RingEX for about 6 months now at our affiliate marketing startup and honestly, i cant imagine going back to our old setup. We switched from basic RingCentral and the difference is huge. The AI stuff actually works! Like, during meetings I can actually focus on talking to clients instead of frantically taking notes,, the AI catches everything important and even picks up on tasks we need to do. What do you dislike about RingEX?

Took some of our older team members a while to figure out all the features, especially the AI stuff. Customer service can be pretty slow sometimes, we had an issue with messages not showing up once and it took them 2 days to get back to us which was pretty annoying. Sometimes get weird glitches with notifications not coming through on my phone, but usually fixes itself. Also heads up, if you want all the cool AI features and big team meetings, you'll need to pay for the higher tier plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

before it, we were drowning in meeting notes and task tracking. Now the AI handles all that automatically, saves me like 2-3 hours daily! No more trying to remember who's doing what after calls. we also ditched like 4 different apps (like zoom and slack) since RingEX does everything in one place. Super easy to find old conversations or client requirements now. Best part is that our remote team actually feels connected. Video quality is amazing, background noise removal works great, and meetings are way more productive since no one's distracted taking those meeting notes. What do you like best about RingEX?

Nice to have all you phone lines and ability to modify them in one place. Also like the phone over IP experience and cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

It has truly been a terrible experience trying to get out of the contract as business needs have changed. The contract has an auto-renewal feature for an additional two years, so after two years, I was opted in by contract with no notification and stuck. Then, when the contract was over, I canceled half of my lines and was assured this was done. They continue to charge me for these lines and refuse to respond to my requests for review. I am now moving my service to anyone but them. Horrible customer service experience. Please read everything carefully before signing and do not expect your account manager to be able to help you much. You usually get referred to a number to call.

What do you like best about RingEX?

What blew me away about RingEX was how seamlessly it fit into our university's workflow. Coming from my dual perspective as a software engineer and part time IT admin at KL University, I've dealt with my fair share of communication tools, but this one just clicked. What do you dislike about RingEX?

I wish there were a few more customization options for admin controls. Sometimes I find myself wanting to tweak specific settings that aren't available yet. What problems is RingEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

RingEX honestly fixed our biggest headache at the university. Before this, we were constantly having trouble with managing calls between international students and faculty, nothing seemed to work right. I've seen lots of platforms, both as an IT engineer and software dev, but this one actually delivered what it promised. The thing that impressed me most was how quick everyone adapted to it. Even the professors who usually struggle with new tech got comfortable with it pretty quick. We dont need to waste time switching between different apps anymore, everything just works in one place. The best thing is probably how it helps with our international programs, students from different countries can connect with teachers just as easy as local ones. What do you like best about RingEX?

The functionality and ease of user interface is what helps RingCentral stand out. We switched from another provider because calls would sometimes lag, and the desktop app and mobile app weren't designed very well. What do you dislike about RingEX?

I wish there was a way to manage a SMS text line from a main company number or any main company number. What do you like best about RingEX?

RingEX is the most helpful to have all Administrative access and control though one Planform. Our Porting of phone numbers went very smoothly with little to no issues during cutover day. Testing of the platform was very good and all features did work as expected on Day 1. The training guides were very detailed and showed the exact steps to configure or do the task needed. What do you dislike about RingEX?

A few things that I have disliked about RingEX is that the Call Log and SMS log are not detailed enough when trying to track calls. It also would be great to have SMS and Phone call log flow as a lot of times the phone call is forwarded or sent to our RingCX platform but tracking the call and how it flowed is difficult. One final thing is RingEX phone setup for provisioning a new phone works fine but has features of purchasing new phones as you are provisioning a new phone which has been confusing to some of our Admins maintaining the system. Being able to disable this feature for Junior Administrators would be very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RIngEX helped us moved from an On-Premise base PBX to a Cloud PBX Platform and combine multiple Cisco servers into a single Platform for management and connectivity. This has allowed our company to modernize our end user experience and customer experience with modern features our customers/technicians are already used to using. What do you like best about RingEX?

It's simply to use. Very intuitive. New employees don't need extensive training on it and most importantly it is flexible. We have employees who are remote, onsite, and hybrid so RingCentral handles all these different scenarios very smoothly and effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RingEX?

There are no downsides to using RingEX, but we did run into significant challenges getting SMS numbers registered in RingEX so we could use them to communicate with our employees. Apparently this registration process is very stringent based on current U.S. laws and it is handled through a third party company. The process is quite challenging with numerous failed attempts made until we finally got the numeber successfully registered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

RingEX solves numerous problems. Namely fllexibility for employees who use different mobile phones and who sometimes work in the office, from home, or in the field. RingEX provides a flexible platform that supports all these work situations smoothly, seamlessly, and easily. We also enjoy the AI Assistant which takes notes during conference calls and relieves individuals from having to take notes during meetings to capture important information and action items.
