What do you like best about Ringba?

Ringba has so many different options to set up to any buyer or publisher. With the "target" setup you can configure pings and data passes to work with any system. If you have a problem or need assistance setting up anything, Ringba has excellent support that responds in minutes not hours! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ringba?

The only thing I would like to see added to Ringba are data pass attempts when a call is not sent. This would help when trying to get the publishers set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ringba solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ringba helps with call tracking, billing, reporting, and keeping an eye on the good vs bad publishers giving more insight into them. QA also uses Ringba to grade calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love ringba that they are super helpful, very fast to solve anything, they created custom scripts for me personally and did other customized things, Shawn is always very helpful and their ceo Adam is a true inspiration! Overall UI is very intuive and setting up campaings has been frictionless. Onboarding experience was fantastic, as they go the extra mile to check-in and make sure that things are running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Technical support wait times has been unusually long and certain issues that needed resolution were not successful after spending time with support. Faster support would be a welcomed addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ringa is hepling our business route and track calls that are being generated for our business. The ability to accurately track our call campaigns, capture data, and listen to calls is exactly the solution we were looking for. What do you like best about Ringba?

The customer service of Ringba is second to none. They always respond in a matter of minutes. If you have a question and the representative don't know the answer they will get you the answer in a timely manner. I would recommend Ringba to anyone need a call metrics platform.
