Their pay-per-call training has been an outstanding resource for getting up to speed.
Offering it in free video format as well as blog posts helped me integrate the information.

The interface of Ringba makes the system intuitive and easy to use. Our previous system had the bare bones version of pay per call and our current tracking system doesn't support pay per call at all. Sometimes the support team will link me to an article I've already read when I'm reaching out about an issue. I'm reaching out to chat support because the articles are not detailed enough or not written in a way that is easily digestable. There are also a few things that I would like to be adjusted such as the sensitivity of campaign name changes as well as a more detailed history of changes to something, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ringba is extremely easy to use. It really allows you to be in full control. They are constantly taking feedback into consideration and introducing new features that makes our lives easier. The support was outstanding, I called Ringba and they were very helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions. Then, once I signed up, the tutorial video was clear and gave me a good idea of all the features I could use for call tracking and how to use them. They did a great job making relatively complex stuff easy to understand.

I haven't had the chances to extensively use the software and all its features yet, but everything works well for now. The only thing I wished they offered is SMS support to receive SMS messages on DIDs, as some competitors offer this service. But if you're looking for call tracking only, Rinbga is great. I have been lucky enough to meet Ringba at ASW23, work extensively with their sales team (Bob), and then sign up for the platform. Literally could not have made a better choice for a platform as they seemingly stand alone in this category. The platform is sophisticated, easy to setup out of the box with little to no dev work, number pool technology is amazing and second to none, chat support is 5 stars and always there to help with any small or large question if you are new. The reps are highly responsive, especially in inch situations. For example, we had an issue where we accidentally dropped a number from a live campaign, and they were able to recall the number for us immediately. If this weren't done quickly, it would have resulted in lost business and wasted money for the Co. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would only say that the singular charges for numbers can be tricky. We have days where we procure large amounts of numbers, resulting in singular transactions on the cards per number ordered, which signifies fraud to the card carriers. So maybe this issue could be avoided if there was a way to do batch charges on numbers. As a result, our cards get shut down occasionally, and the carriers can't do anything about it. Little to nothing -- I wish more of the companies that we worked with were using it and had a better understanding of it -- i do wish that there was a function to listen to live calls or incorporate the revenue from live calls before they've ended to the total revenue. I love the flexibility I get with Ringba. It’s not restrictive like other platforms and the ability to customize the platform to my specific needs is awesome. The interface is extremely easy to use and I can do anything I want without having to worry about managing the technology or the cost of a developer. I love all the data and metrics that Ringba provides, rather than me having to take all that data and have to figure it out myself. Ringba has made life way easier and my clients absolutely love using it.
Ringba’s customer service is the best in the business and working with their team is incredible. Shane Hitchcock specifically has blown me away with his support and assistance.
