Ringba has every feature a call center could use when working with other call centers to generate revenue. I like how easy it is to track revenue. Ringba makes it very easy to track cost, and revenue, along with profit all in 1 place while working in the call center industry. I also like how Ringba makes it easy to listen to call recordings, export reports to Excel, and filter and sort all of the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the things that I dislike about Ringba is that it has crashed on numerous occasions, temporarily crippling a business for a day or a portion of the day. Ringba usually gets things back up and running quickly, but even 30 minutes of being down could cost a large call center a substantial amount of revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This tool is best and musto have application in every organisation for management of call and details of the other person on call.
It is best to make official calls and have every information of the reciever.
It has the great reponsive tools, makes to handle numerous of calls at a time so easily for all.
Schedules calls for regular follow ups and leads follow ups to customers or team members about the regular updates of the work.
It connects and keeps all the contact details of the callers everytie well organised and arranged.

Being very new to the Pay Per Call Industry, the only software name I hear about from EVERY MARKETER is Ringba. So, I also went with the flow I tried it out myself and after trying, I can surely say that Ringba is super good and super easy for a newbie like me to understand, implement and finally start with. Ringba is a great tool to manage call campaigns and sources. We have over 6000 publishers that we route through Ringba that are integrated with over 40 buyers in 50 verticals. Once initial setup has been complete, adding publishers and buyers is easy. Their open API lets us pull down a variety of reporting data into our CRM so we can make intelligent decisions based on trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I only have two complaints about Ringba: User Permissions and the Support system (not the agents). User permissions have very little granularity, either Full Admin rights or reporting only. In my opinion there should be other tiers/modules that can be added or removed to a user profile - User administration/security, and specific feature setup (i.e. campaigns vs. publishers vs. Call Flow vs. APIs). The Support System is one long chat - there currently isn't anyway to differentiate between issues/tickets, and finding answers involves scrolling through entire chat histories.
