The support. I've never worked with a company where the front-line staff is as resourceful and available as Ringba's. They made my transition to PPC super easy. The support alone is enough of a reason to use Ringba. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm new to the call tracking world, so a lot of the direct functionality is over my head. I'm an IT Infrastructure guy. I've needed to rely heavily on the support team, and they've come through and gone above and beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME that I reach out to them, including when using the Live Chat feature. It's a real person in there, not just a good AI chatbot. I've asked some quesitons that in hindsight were really dumb, but they have never given me any flak or attitude for it, they just answer the question with a smile and move on. I love it!
The reporting is also very robust, once you know what you're looking for. Folks in the Call Management industry will have no trouble finding everything they need in here. I had to learn some things but now I'm seeing everything I want to see.

There are a couple things that could be improved in the back end. When I'm adding a new publisher to a ring tree target, it seems to pull a database query downling ALL of my publishers when I start typing, which gives the impression the system in hung, but then about 15 seconds later the drop-downs work as expected. It's a little frustrating, but I'm not doing that frequently enough for it to really bother.
Also some of the error messages could be worded a little better, but I don't know if that's a Ringba thing or an industry thing. My boss sees "TAG Failure" in the call log and sometimes thinks things are broken, when really it's just that publisher doesn't service the provided zip code area, things like that.
Minor nitpick, it would be awesome if the login/authentication subsystem used SAML for SSO using EntraID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ringba not only does a great job in tracking but they also have a great support team. There's is a small learning curve when using Ringba, but the support team does a great job answering any questions. It's really a must have for anybody in the pay per call space. Since there isn't many videos on youtube about Ringba, I would say that the onboarding training videos can be a little more thourough for begginers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy Ringba makes it for you to listen to calls to track quality and confirm the eligibility of a qualified lead. You can see every call that is passed through your system, seeing where it came from, who it goes to, what the lead cost is, and how much it sold for (if it is billed). All of this info, along with tons of other data could be tracked easily by using Ringa's platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to dislike about Ringba. The only thing that could be a problem is if the site goes down, it could put you out of business until the site is restored.
