The support. I've never worked with a company where the front-line staff is as resourceful and available as Ringba's. They made my transition to PPC super easy. The support alone is enough of a reason to use Ringba. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) The help files are not the best, but fortunately most of the time I can get my questions answered through support. I would like it if the help files provided more context for why you would want to use different features. And to compare/contrast to other similar features
- (for example, pixels , enrichments, rtb posting instructions, integrations, etc.).
- (another example - all the MANY different buttons within campaign and other setups - the question mark is a good basic explanation - but would be helpful to have help files with use cases etc. - when you would want to or not want to use different features/settings)
2) no ability to export reports on a schedule. limited functionality for data analysts to extract the information they need with minimal experience setting up APIs/scripts to export. OR help setting up API/scripts to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ringba in my opinion is the complete package. There capabities and services tailor to the industries needs.
I have been using the platform for over 8 years and have never found a time that i couldnt do something with them.

There is a lot to love about Ringba, but one of the most helpful things has been their easy-to-use support feature. Whenever I have a question about our implementation, I just click their support button and a knowledgable person is connected to me to help answer my question. Transparently, some of their extended features (Ring Groups with Simudial, Pixels & Webhooks, etc.) have some limitations. Ringba is easy to use, very effective at managing call campaigns, and the reporting is excellent. It has all the features any agency or enterprise company would ever need. Our uptick in efficiency since switching to Ringba has been astounding.

I've been using this call tracking platform for a while now. The platform is feature-rich, constantly evolving, and open to creating new things to make things easier.
Ringba does have a light and dark mode, so all users can live in harmony. haha
Their customer service has been great as well. Being able to quickly reach out via chat or use support tickets, there is a way to get things answered quickly Whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.

Everything from tools to support is the best. I use it daily for my agency. I can initiate new campaigns with ease. It plugged right into our day to day routine, so implementing was a breeze. Ringba is the exact software you need to be successful in Pay Per Call. From their industry-leading support to to features not found elsewhere, I'm genuinely thankful for the service & continually blown away by what's offered.
The software itself is very straight forward and easy to use. Plus, if there's something you can't quite figure out, their live chat is right there ready to help.
It's been the backbone of my operation for years and working with a group of guys who you can trust get it is awesome. They've been there buying ads & running calls too.

Not trying to sound like a suck up, but there's really not a whole lot to not like about Ringba.
Honestly, the only gripe I can think of is I don't like the new ticketing system. Sometimes it's a little glitchy and things don't want to open. But, the live chat is always there to talk to before submitting a ticket, and often they'll even submit it for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By far the most difficult thing about Ringba is the lack of automated distribution of reporting. Relying on API is ok but doesn't apply to my use case. Secondly would be lack or difficulty with documentation and understanding how everything in the system works. There is no easy way to find answers to my own questions.
