What I like best about RicohDocs is that I am able to print, copy, scan to my email and create line sheet books for the showroom that I work at. I like that even even staples the books together for me so all I have to do is push a few buttons to create the books, wait a few minutes, then come back to the printer to find the books ready to be picked up and ready to place on the showroom tables. What I dislike most about RicohDocs is that the printer is bulky, loud, and breaks down a lot. We regularly have to call a technician out to fix whatever is wrong with the printer that day.
