We use RevenueHero for routing and scheduling demos and sales conversations from our website and it was very easy to integrate with the Hubspot forms we use for this purpose, our teams' Google Calendars as well as our other tools.
It was easy to configure, especially with the unparalleled support our RevenueHero team, especially Bhargav, has provided. We have a Slack channel with 7 RevenueHero employees on it and our questions get answered quickly, no matter the time of day. No real downsides. As the tool is fairly flexible, there's a bit to configure and as it just runs itself it's not a tool that as an admin I need to be in very often. So with all of that, I do sometimes need to poke around a bit to remind myself where a certain congfiguration is located. #1 - My customer support rep Bhargav is the most reliable and helpful rep I have ever worked with in my 33 years.
#2 - I am making MORE MONEY. I am booking more 3X more calls because of their intutive Instant Booking feature
#3 - The customizable features have let me keep my branding and use my own interal forms
#4- any set up, tech routing, mapping, etc is completley done with you and is simple and easy. Plus, any issues that may arrise (for me issues with my website) they LITTERALLY hopped on a call with me on a Sunday and walked me through the issues that were not even RevenueHero related
#5 - super easy to use, integrates with all my tech stack, easy for cusotmers too + LOOKS GREAT

Their product looks so great that I wish revenue hero could have really asthetically pleasing form builder inside of revenue hero so I could use a revenue hero form. This would let me play with calendar first booking. Right now the lead fills a form then gets a calendar, but getting to A/B test a calendar and then a form would be nice.

RevenueHero is a powerhouse meeting scheduler. The HubSpot integration has been invaluable for our workflow, and connecting it to our onsite forms was seamless.
RevenueHero can handle both individual and team scheduling needs. I use it for my own meetings and we also use their round robin feature to distribute meetings across our entire team.
RevenueHero's customer support and onboarding team has truly been exceptional, with a special shout out to Bhargav. RevenueHero's support staff is top tier and among the best I've had the pleasure of interfacing with.

While very powerful, RevenueHero's exhaustive feature set can almost be overwhelming. At first glance the platform seems complex, however, with the excellent onboarding experience, they helped guide us through the platform's complexity and uncover the features that were important to us. Our lead routing requirements become more complex as we grow, and so far RevenueHero has all the answers and features to route seamlessly. We have (from my point of view) a fairly complicated setup, but the support team immediately had all the answers to help set it up exactly how we wanted it.
The switch to RevenueHero was done without problems and the setup was done within one week. I've used other routing tools like Chili Piper before and so far RevenueHero outperforms it by features and use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Frankly the tool is really simple out of the box and does what it says it's going to do. Makes it incredibly easy for prospects to book directly from our website and route to the proper AE.
Our inbound lead turnover time is almost instant. The best part is the ownership rules and matching the correct calendar based on previous ownership OR funnel type.
Prior to RevHero, we were huge Chili Piper customers for a few years. They were the name we saw on LinkedIn, seemed like the best option and went with them.
Unfortunately the calendar routing issues were a plenty... Like. Bad. Honestly it got to the point we down right said the tool was creating more issues than it was solving. We had so many routing issues. Prospects would book a meeting, then be routed to the wrong calendar, and ultimately we would have to move/reschedule that meeting.
When we switched to RevHero it was a complete 180.. The amount of mismatched opportunities and routing errors likely cut in half if not more.
Sure, there is the occasional routing issue due to ownership, but it's a fraction of what it was previously.
Easy to implement, easy to use, easy to integrate and the support is FAR better. Our VP of Marketing has gone on record to say RevHero is more of "An extension of our team".

The only issue I've seen is the fact that the team's round robin calendar has different buffers and blocks for booking than my personal calendar.
So it can create back to backs. BUT, I've been told that's a settings problem (by our internal administrator) and it's being fixed.

The customer success team is truly invested in our success. I have been both grateful and in awe of how much support and hand-holding the RH team have provided us to ensure that RH is not just integrating properly but optimized for our workflow and our objectives.It takes a little bit of time to understand how to use it, but with the customer success team's help, I quickly got up to speed and was able to implement an integrated solution with Hubspot for demo requests in just a few hours. The new workflow is far superior to the one we had in place. The sales team uses RH daily and loves it. As an admin, I have been able to "set it and forget it!" Everything is working flawlessly. The customizability of the platform is fantastc. solves the specific problem we were running into.
The segmentation, matching, and distribution of leads has helped us generate more revenue.
We use it ALL DAY. It was super easy to implement, integrate and use.

Our CSM has been incredible. They are really great thought partners in the design of the system. I feel like I can come to them with any design question and get a super fast, super thoughtful response.

We have a somewhat complex territory/ownership structure, and RevenueHero allows us to "set and forget" on our demo booking page and make sure that the right contacts go to the right sellers to book meetings. Setup was fast and easy - because the RH module basically sits on top of our existing Hubspot form, we didn't need to re-create our forms or web pages, just simply installed the javascript and we were on our way! The support is also excellent - we have a Slack channel with the RH team and always get fast responses and assistance. Just the other day, my colleague reached out to the RH team with a question and was on a video call with them 30 minutes later.
