What do you like best about Retail Media by Criteo?

It has really good graphics on the analytics part which is the one that is most used to compare the data I download from the API and what is shown on the reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Retail Media by Criteo?

The REST API is not so good, when we want to download the data there was a problem with the timezones on the page references. We were trying to download as CO time but the iso country was no the same that figurate on the page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Retail Media by Criteo solving and how is that benefiting you?

The marketing team doesn't solve to problem, they want to test it and try to improve the CPL conversion. After 3 months they decided to resign the contract and goes to Google Marketing Cloud Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Retail Media by Criteo?

Criteo Dynamic Retargeting ad type is the best for the companies in both retail and b2c industries. You can reach the relevant customer with dynamic ad banners in that way the roas or roi always higher on these ad types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the new panel is really hard to discover, On the other hand, we don't have many options to optimize our ads only bid changes can be done on the panel. It can be developed with targeting options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very Easy To Use, Timely Support and i really liked different ad formats available on this platform like cube ads, a very good platform for brand awareness. also its very easy to create look a like audience on this platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As i am from india , very limited publishers are available in india, also there is not much opprtunity if you want seel your products with geofencing ads , like not muck or nothing is available if ypou are targeting small city in india Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a poor experience with the reps where they were not transparent with us. The team underspend severely & did not notify us. When confronted, they blamed our search team & did not take ownership which is was very unprofessional. I lost my trust in them as I was not convinced that they would spend all the money that they recommended for my account. I had to pull away from using the service.
