What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Posist being cloud application helps us to reduce our load as we don't have to backup anything and we don't have to worry about anything going missing.

The application is easy to setup and in case there is any failure in hardware, it's very easy to switch with a new pos system.

very easy UI and it becomes very easy for new staff to learn the application.

Variety of reports are available, around 200 reports present in the system.

Feature for editing receipts/kot as per operational requirements.

Our point of contact Mr. Vishal is very near in a call away and he is supporting us lot at any time and quick answer on any doubts.

What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

It has helped me in reducing the load as the reporting is very easy now.

I am using daily sales report, weekly sales report and few others for reporting purpose.

Being on cloud helps us to run the system smoothly without dependency on local hardware.

The best advantage to use posist is Academy as it helps to understand the system at our own pace, no other application has anything like academy platform.

What do you dislike about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

Font style and size should be more bigger on the screen so that it can help in order placing. Some unneccesary things from the order punching should be removed.

Posist lite app is not working for now.

What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

We are using application for almost 2 years and we have used so many features of this.

Their Reports are are very well detailed and we can download them with the time period we want to.

And also they have the iventory management part is also fully defined and accurate while getting the consumption via stock transfer.

Some of reports we are not able to extract for more then 1 week, This need to be opened.

Posist has been a wonderfull software to use for our daily operations as it makes our lives very easy.

We always got great support b the team if we face any issue with printing or pricing etc.

Restroworks have the power to build a better process for the Club and Bar.

The smart card process is new life of Clubs tp track A-Z process.

Restroworks module, CRM , reservation system are upto mark.

What do you like best about Restroworks Restaurant POS?

We like the team which supporting us at any point of time and the team members helps a lot at everytime.

Apart from the services the product is also good with some wonderful features.

The newly launched cockpit application has very good analytics data.
