We have started using the system and already loving it, my team is very happy with the software as it is very easy to use.

Bills punching is very easy, room transfer is very efficient.

Reporting is also very detailed with multiple reports present.

Integration with Hotelogix also works fine where we can fetch the room details and check the room plan of the customer and guest stay dates.

We are using slip printer and the settlement copy has to be generated again instead of printing the settlement mode on the same copy, because of this paper wastage is higher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Function Prospectus (FP) creation is very easy when compared to other softwares in the market.

Package creation, service creation etc is also very easy.

Ability to change the prices while creating FP makes it one of the best product for banquet management.

Mr. Vishal assisted us in every stage while training us very patiently.

There are few to mention.

1. FP print seems very outdated and takes a lot of space.

2. There is no option to upload logo on the FP and banquet bill.

3. Company needs to be created in Hotelogix first and then it can be used in posist banquet system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Posist being cloud application helps us to reduce our load as we don't have to backup anything and we don't have to worry about anything going missing.

The application is easy to setup and in case there is any failure in hardware, it's very easy to switch with a new pos system.

very easy UI and it becomes very easy for new staff to learn the application.

Variety of reports are available, around 200 reports present in the system.

Feature for editing receipts/kot as per operational requirements.

Our point of contact Mr. Vishal is very near in a call away and he is supporting us lot at any time and quick answer on any doubts.

We have recently installed the posist application in Irish House Seawoods location. As we are already aware of the posist application since we are using it from few years. The application is easy to use and it is very much helpful during rush hours when we have Happy Hours in evening. We are very comfortable with the application and its features. It has helped me in reducing the load as the reporting is very easy now.

I am using daily sales report, weekly sales report and few others for reporting purpose.

Being on cloud helps us to run the system smoothly without dependency on local hardware.

The best advantage to use posist is Academy as it helps to understand the system at our own pace, no other application has anything like academy platform.

Font style and size should be more bigger on the screen so that it can help in order placing. Some unneccesary things from the order punching should be removed.

Posist lite app is not working for now.

We are using application for almost 2 years and we have used so many features of this.

Their Reports are are very well detailed and we can download them with the time period we want to.

And also they have the iventory management part is also fully defined and accurate while getting the consumption via stock transfer.

Posist has been a wonderfull software to use for our daily operations as it makes our lives very easy.

We always got great support b the team if we face any issue with printing or pricing etc.

We have recently started the restroworks with our brand and We would like to share our experience with the application am their team members.

This application is slightly different from other billing application, There are some feature which is unique like we can update the item stock and out of stock from billing screen and stop the billing for the item which are not available in kitchens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Restroworks is really good for the Coffee stores, Here we can manage the item option selection Levels of Variants, Milk, Beans etc in a perfect way.

Here we can manage the menu item variants with the addons and accordingly we can charge.
