**What do you like best about Reo.Dev?**

Reo is able to provide intent signals such as Artefact downloads, Docker pulls, package installs, telemetry and self hosted deployments. We had no visibility of these signals prior to Reo.Dev

Another great feature is the Developer Funnel that tells exactly where an Account is in the Buying journey - who is just an enthusiast and who has real purchase intent

The real time alerts for every account activity is so crucial for us.

**What do you dislike about Reo.Dev?**

Pricing is on the higher side. We are a small team but there is no Start up plan or month to month pay option

**What do you like best about Reo.Dev?**

Reo has been our go to tool for gathering developer intent and signals intelligence to be able to proactively reach out to the right person at the right time when they might need human expertise or support because they have recently interacted with our open source libraries leading to new opportunities and increased developer happiness. 
The customer support (as well as support from their leadership team) has always been very present and extremely timely  - no matter the time a question has been asked.

**What do you dislike about Reo.Dev?**

The interface requires a learning curve and isn't the most intuitive because it's a mix of filters and 'pre-programmed' scoring algorithms from Reo's side (that are very helpful)  but the mix leads to a lot of different areas and ways one can get information from. 
With that said, the learning curve is rapidly handled by Reo's excellent customer success and support that are always at the ready - often with explainer videos where the agent literally shows you how to get what you want done.

**What problems is Reo.Dev solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting timely signals on who (both developers and companies) is using our different open source libraries - so we can proactively reach out - and the platform also cross references with website and documentation visits to help us estimate buyer intent.

**What do you like best about Reo.Dev?**

It can be challenging to find high intent accounts/contacts within the development space. Typical intelligence tools only brush the surface of what you need and for sellers in the software development world, we need something a lot more tailored to our use case. Who's actively building an application today? What technology are they currently using? Who is aware of us and are they looking at our docs and even utilizing our code? Reo.Dev gives you insight into how many developers are on your page, what their activity has been (GitHub, stars, forks, repos etc.). It's incredibly robust and allows you to be proactive as opposed to reactive. Love how it can de-anonymise users and integrate with several sales engagement platforms i.e. Outreach, Apollo (just to name a few). My customer success manager has always been helpful, responsive and willing to create segments for me when I don't have the time to do so. Being able to speak to them directly in a private slack has made implementation that much easier. I use Reo.Dev almost every day and wish I had it sooner.

Reo.Dev is still a young company so there may be some segmentation that is in the works and not available yet. But the team is consistently innovating and quick to release updates. The UI can be a bit confusing to navigate at first but my customer success manager has alleviated that incredibly well by being there for my team the moment we got onboarded.

**What do you like best about Reo.Dev?**

The community intent signals help us monitor all developer interaction on not just one platform but give us a detailed overview of all channels (Slack, GitHub etc). These can then be filtered by keywords to track most of these relevant conversation. The AI insights on these are simply mindblowing and help us get to so many things that we were missing out on.

The UI still needs work. Some features are not intuitive making it difficult to learn when just starting to use the product.

Reo has helped us run more effective campaigns - both paid and organic. The intent signals whether it is through tracking website visits or community conversation has helped in recognizing high value touchpoints early on in the funnel. This has led to higher engagement and better conversions.

The support is great by the team and the number of integrations covered are very extensive. The ROI from the tool makes it a favorite and value for money.

Limited usage is you are not in a DevTool GTM team. The product has great capabilities to expand beyong this use case and would be hit!

**What problems is Reo.Dev solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our MQL scoring has improved by factoring in real time developer engagement. Earlier we had a set number of factors that qualify a lead as an MQL but that would often also pass on leads that were not relevant or have a lower intent. However, Reo has helped us solve for this.

Found the pricing to be on the higher side. It takes sometime to establish the ROI and they don't have a free trial.

Reo.Dev is the premiere tool for intent data for OS. They've got a great UI, and what's really neat is you can filter by both companies that are looking into specific OS technologies, and also filter by people. The customer support from their team is stellar as well. If your company is competing with any OS solutions, you'd absolutely want to give Reo.Dev a look. It's also quite easy to set up, as their team will handle everything for you.

It's less relevant if you're not focused on OS, but there's also some nice features around people who are engaged with your site as well, so it's not exclusively for OS, it also helps with tracking your users intent.

Reo.Dev allows me to follow buyer signals from the OS community. This allows me to target personalized and relevant outreach to prospects in relation to what they are focused on.

The integrations are quite good and make it easier to operate the workflows. The custom tags is a great feature to understand the stage of the lead. The team is also super helpful in not only solving queries but also with quick advice. When compared with other tools, Reo's focus of DevTool GTM and the depth of data stands out!

There is no free tier in the pricing and being a small team we had initial trouble in being able to afford this but as we grew and the ROI from the tool became clear we were more flexible.

Earlier we relied on past data to amplify reachout but we Reo, we know which companies have a higher chance of conversion based on their activity.
