That I can live in another state, own investments that are income producing and be able to manage with this application. It does it all. I upload leases, all information saved. Tenants have copies and well as I. Maintenance guys love getting the message for repairs and them commincate directly. They take pictures of repairs, upload estimate. Then when completed upload completed pictures, invoice and hit complete. It’s stupid easy and a no brainer! No more Managment taking a cut if leases, a cut in repairs and ignored calls to tenants. 110% satisfaction from tenants! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It takes 5 days to receive your money, so when tenant pays in the 1st, I receive on the 6th. So mortgage that is due on the 1st is basically out of pocket. But it allows tenants options to pay ACH or credit cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that RentRedi's user interface for both the property manager and tenant is intuitive and packed with features. The makers of the program do a great job of simplifying what other programs complicate. I am also a big fan of the options made available to me in the settings, as the last system we used required contact with a program administrator just to make simple modifications.I've had two encounters with customer support, and both were phenomenal. In both cases, John promptly assisted me with my issue. I was completely satisfied with his ability to solve my problem and provide guidance. I had been using RentRedi as a trial for 1 month. I spent the entirety of that time trying to find glitches or simple irritable quirks with the program or the customer service. I was unable to and quickly moved into an annual subscription. I have no dislikes, no regrets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of my favorite features thus far has been that my tenants actually like this platform and the ease of set up and detail that they are able to access. The ease of sending a maintenance request has been convenient for both sides as well.

It’s hard to say this is a dislike of RentRedi because you would need to do this on every site. The set up does take some time but I have noticed that it is well worth the time and has valuable information al located in one spot now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find some difficulty using the website version on my computer at times. Responses to accepted prequalified applicants cannot be edited for some reason. I am able to edit the response when using my app however. I would recommended prequalification forms that are more user friendly to tenants that intend to apply together. I am not certain how much I am benefiting from having my listing on Zillow through Rentredi either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the dashboard presentation RentRedi has. Takes some time for fully understand where everything is and ensuring you have it all set up correctly, but once you do, it is very easy to track rent payments, communicate with the tenants, and make any changes necessary for charges or lease terms. It would be nice to see a "statement" feature that shows total rent collected and from whom for the previous months, on the mobile app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love their best-in-class customer service. I've never experienced anything like it. Read the review to see exactly what I mean but suffice it to say RentRedi is like the Bugatti of customer service. I mean, one of the founders of the company called me a couple months into using the application just to see how I was enjoying the application and if there was anything they could do to make my experience better. Hand to god. I mean, I can't seem to get a person on the phone when I call these billion dollar tech companies but at Rent Redi, one of the founders is taking time out of his day to call a few customers to check in on them. First thing I think of when it comes to RentRedi is finally something for any size investor. The pricing is incredibly flexible. Monthly, yearly, and of course a product that makes sense in price discount if you commit to multiple years. Second the responsiveness of the team is amazing. I've never had an issue with asking a question. So customer service is definitely a big win. Finally, the creativity, velocity, of the platform continues to grow offering support for web, and mobile apps, both Android and Apple. Some may not have notice but it even takes advantage of Progressive Web Applications so you don't have to download yet another app that runs a bloated browser. Well just wish there was a way to add multiple emails which can be assigned for certain notifications etc. That and an API to develop against. I just want to extend things for my own use for my process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
