**What do you like best about RentRedi?**

RentRedi helps me stay on top of everything going on with my rentals. If a tenant has a maintenance issue, they can open a work order directly from the app, and they can also pay rent through the app. Now that accounting is built into the service natively, it’s much easier for me to keep track of everything in one place. I used to use one product for accounting and RentRedi for everything else, but having it all together just makes my life easier.

**What do you dislike about RentRedi?**

I don’t have any dislikes. I’ve been using it for a few years now and I really enjoy it. It’s become the only tool I rely on to keep track of my rentals, and it makes staying organized much easier.

**What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RentRedi solves rent collection, maintenance workflow, and accounting, in addition to tenant communications. Having the tenant app has simplified everything about managing my rentals.

**What do you like best about RentRedi?**

We are small landlords without much experience with management software. We looked at several software solutions and RentRedi really checked every single box that we were looking for. The price point was surprisingly reasonable for us, everything is intuitive and easy to use, and customer support has regularity answered on the first ring and been extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about RentRedi?**

Adding teammates. I've tried several times to add new team members on and it does not seem to work. RentRedi will send them a link, ask them to make an account, but it doesn't link them to my properties.

**What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More than anything else, application flow. Before RentRedi, we were kind of going blind but the ability to send applications and get a full review and background check all in one place has been a game changer.

**What do you like best about RentRedi?**

What I like most about RentRedi is the extra free time I have now. At this point I have zero rent arrears. I love the automatic payment reminders my tenants get, which makes a significant difference. My tenants can access their account twenty four seven without having to call me, and if they're late they get a notification. It reduces the number of calls I receive on a constant basis. It resolves the screenings, the lease expirations, and the communication with my tenants. The setup was easy too, it took me maybe half an hour including setting up my units, and it's very user friendly. I was a little scared in the beginning, but the way the system works it's super friendly to work with and doesn't take much to navigate quickly. Because it's so user friendly, I don't need help from anybody. I can use it from the site, on my laptop or my phone, so it's super super easy to use. Coming from Skyline, this application made it easier for the rental properties I'm now doing. Overall I just love it and I'm seriously satisfied.

**What do you dislike about RentRedi?**

There isn't much that I have complain about right now for RentRedi. Mostly because I've only had it for four months. Was a little scared in the beginning, but overall right now, I'm seriously satisfied.

**What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RentRedi handles my rent collection, screenings, lease expirations, and communication with tenants. They can access their accounts without calling me, so it reduces the number of calls I get. I have more free time, zero rent arrears, and tenants get automatic payment reminders.

  ### 4. bad business practices and presumed fraudulent behavior

**What do you like best about RentRedi?**

at the moment nothing.  $50,000 of my money had not been deposited into my account since April 24th.

**What do you dislike about RentRedi?**

My tenants paid rent through RentRedi, and MORE THAN 16 DAYS LATER, OVER $50,000 STILL HAS NOT BEEN DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT.

After spending HOURS on hold, I finally reached a supposed supervisor who ASSURED me the funds would be released within ONE BUSINESS DAY. That deadline came and went — STILL NO DEPOSIT. Just more excuses blaming their payment processor, Stripe.

As landlords, we hired RENTREDI — NOT STRIPE. At a certain point, passing blame stops being acceptable. Holding this amount of RENT MONEY for OVER TWO WEEKS with little communication and no real resolution is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and raises SERIOUS concerns about their business practices and oversight.

Again at the moment you have created more problems

Waiting more than two weeks for funds after being given an expected timeline is understandably frustrating. While payment processing timelines can occasionally be impacted by verification or processor-related reviews, we know what matters most is getting clear communication and a path to resolution.

Please know that your deposit experience was not a delay in processing, but a communication error between the payment processor and your bank. As soon as we were aware of the issue, we worked with Stripe to resolve the issue, and the funds have been successfully deposited.

**What do you like best about RentRedi?**

I appreciate the automated rent collection, credit check, and lease signing features that RentRedi offers, as they consolidate everything into one place and save me hours with frequent turnovers due to travel nurses. I also love the customer service and how the app continuously improves.

**What do you dislike about RentRedi?**

The worst issue I've had with RentRedi is when I charge residents an application fee before the actual application. It doesn't allow a credit check after charging them a fee for it, and trying to fix this by creating duplicate accounts just makes the app break even more. There should be fewer hidden menus for charging an application fee before the credit check, and better detection and prevention of duplicate accounts.

RentRedi automates rent collection, credit checks, and lease signing, saving me hours with frequent turnover due to travel nurses.

**What do you like best about RentRedi?**

RentRedi has made the software issue of rental properties an easy lift. For an owner of only 1 rental property, the thought of how to be tech savvy without killing the finances was solved through their products that support 1 or many properties.

**What do you dislike about RentRedi?**

The only issues I've come across so far were more related to legal documents and bank account linkage. The support through chat and over the phone was NOT manned by a robot, which was a relief, but it did take a phone call to finally understand what task I needed to complete.

**What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RentRedi's app for both landlord and tenant has streamlined the collection headache. Since I have kept some of the utilities in my name and will bill the tenant separately, I was sold on the ability to not just collect rent but a multitude of other bills and fees.

**What do you like best about RentRedi?**

I no longer have to chase tenants for rent or text them reminders if they are late, all of that is done automatically through RentRedi

**What do you dislike about RentRedi?**

Like any platform, it takes a bit of time to learn how to do specialized things like negotiating a charge or changing the ending date of a lease.  However, the help system is excellent, and there is always chat support if I can't find something in the help documents library.  Also, there is a lag time until payments actually hit my bank accounts, so I need to plan for that when paying expenses.

**What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to deal with tenants who don't include late fees when they pay late, and I don't have to deal with their excuses about why they should not have to pay late fees.  I have each account set so they must pay all amounts owed including late fees at the same time.  And the software sends them daily "nag me" emails and alerts when their rent is late until they pay. I also don't have to be diligent about checking all mail every day to know when late payments are made. The payments are automatically funneled directly into my bank accounts, and tenants can get a receipt for their rent payment through the portal, which means I don't have to deal with those requests either or make trips to the bank to deposit checks.

**What do you like best about RentRedi?**

I like that RentRedi is simple to use and versatile across devices. It makes it easy to see who's behind on rent or who's paid. The app also simplifies handling maintenance requests. Their service is impeccable, with support available via email or real-time chat, and they respond within minutes.

**What do you dislike about RentRedi?**

I would say maybe when it comes to some of the updates, with the payment processing, I know they updated a few times with different providers. And don't really like necessarily that either I have to absorb the ACH fee or the tip.

I use RentRedi to simplify rent collection and portfolio management. It's easy to track payments and respond to maintenance requests. The app is simple and offers excellent customer service, making my property management tasks straightforward.

I like the simplicity of it all. The dashboard and other functions are very user friendly and customer service is top notch. If you can’t figure out something they’re very helpful and response in timely manner

**What do you dislike about RentRedi?**

Sometimes it’s confusing on how to add charges or why functions for tenants don’t always work. Also they should have their own lease agreement for us to use

**What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retrieving payments from tenants directly into the appropriate accounts that way I don’t have to transfer funds to certain accounts or goto the bank

**What do you like best about RentRedi?**

I use RentRedi to help manage rental properties on behalf of the landlord. It primarily helps streamline my payment collection system. I appreciate how we have been able to transition from tenants paying with cash or physical checks to online payments, which helps with liability and time management. I value the feature where tenants can open a Chime card, allowing those who prefer paying with cash to deposit into the card and link it to RentRedi for online transactions. The initial setup was fairly easy for me.

**What do you dislike about RentRedi?**

There hasn't been any issues that are major. But I think maybe just the way that the portal or the dashboard is set up could be a little bit more user friendly.

RentRedi helps streamline my payment collection system, moving tenants from cash or checks to online payments, which reduces liability and aids time management.
