The price point is the only good thing, But you will GET WHAT YOU PAY for. The concept is nice as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support was horrible. They are not well trained, they do NOT call you back. I personally left 3 messages and never got the first phone call back. It has been over a month. They only want to refer you to self help articles, which for a paid for service, you would rather not spend all day reading a bunch of self help articles that are lack luster.
I also did not like that they FORCED you to sign up for their merchant account services. They get paid for this so that is why they FORCE you to do it. It is a bad business model when you are paying for services already.

I dislike the format of the app - it feels underdeveloped and has many solicitation pop-up menus. I had difficulty connecting my bank account for rent payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best is that I I have tenants that pay early or by check, so I can mark their payment as complete when that happens. I can send a mass message or a single message to the tenants. The system is easy to use and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that it is not accessable without an app for the tenants. While this will be ok for future residents that I pick out, for some of my current tenants they just don't have a smart phone, and some have trouble navigating the app since they are not used to it. Also, the message system is not good for replies. I can only send out a notification, further conversation must be by phone or email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simplicity of the interface and the powerful tools which allow me to focus more on growing our property management business and less on little ticky tacky things like collecting rent. It is also amazing that I can chat with a human within about 30 seconds at almost any time if I am having an issue understanding my software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this time, I don't like that you can't print hardcopies of blank rental applications. Not everyone in society is tech savvy just yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really enjoy the customizable dashboard where I can arrange it the way I need it and can see my workflow best. I like that it is fairly easy to start people through YOUR process, step by step to make them your renter...or not! Let's face it, there are some people that you want to make sure aren't on your list of headaches when it comes to filling a vacancy. The customer service is actually quite responsive. There needs to be more outlets for listing your properties. It is also still a little clunky setting up your units and using the 6 digit code that RentRedi assigns to your properties. The payment page could use some help to be clearer as to what's been paid and what hasn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The RentRedi app is VERY mobile-friendly and intuitive to use for us and our tenants. I really like the pre-qualification feature for new applicants and the ability for tenants to pay rent from the RentRedi app directly from their phone. With just about everyone being mobile and doing everything from their mobile phones these days, it really helps us save time and build lots of efficiencies into our business. The all inclusive platform. Makes it easy to have everything in one place. I like that it can take rents mostly and I can change the tenants rent on the fly if I were to give them credit for something. Some of my tenants are on section 8 so I can still spit up the two payments and manually add the other. Customer service is pretty nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app, and that is only available to tenants through an app. Some of my tenants are old and do not know that much about apps. That I can not move the layout of the app or website around, some things like rent payment I want at the top. The app also looks old and gives a lot of choices upfront that aren't very often used.
