What do you like best about RentRedi?

Nothing. My tenants are unable to make payment on the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RentRedi?

Customer Service. 17 days after registering with Rentredi my tenants still cannot make payment on app. Underwritting Dept has yet to return a phone call or reply to online messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RentRedi?

1- A clear dashboard of upcoming dues and past dues

2- Auto Late Fee Rules

3- Accepts ACH, Credit, & Debit Card Payments with option to pass CC fees to tenants

4- Option to list vacancies on multiple flagship housing websites with option for auotscreeninig

5- Option to grant access to realtor or rental manager with option to hide modules.

What do you dislike about RentRedi?

Browsing/navigating and initial site setup requires some learning curve, but their online chat support team is very responsive (instantly), and they patiently guide you through. If needed, the support team can schedule a one-on-one screen-sharing support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I subscribe (trial subscription) to five other Landlord Rental Software Management Tools; my comparison criteria included fees, ease of use, features, and functionality related to managing a personal rental investment. What problems is RentRedi solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have multiple SFH rented to roommats. It's a significant headache tracking payment, partial payments, and utility bills for each roommate every month. What do you like best about RentRedi?

Navigation through the platform is a breeze. It is effortless to figure things out on my own, and when I can not, the customer service chat feature has proven to be quick and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recently, I moved some money around that was paid through their portal to a past due to balance charge. It kept showing that the tenant had a credit, and I needed it removed. The reps passed my issue over to Jerome in Support. He was able to see what needed to be corrected immediately. He called me on the phone and did a screenshare. What do you like best about RentRedi?

One of the biggest thorns in my side is managing maintenance. RentRedi transformed that process. Tenants submit requests through the app and it now goes straight to my team. I'm no longer the middle man.

It also replaced our CRM so we have less fragmentation. It's a one-stop-shop for many tools for landlords.

What do you dislike about RentRedi?

Latchel wasn't as responsive as I was hoping for (but that's Latchels fault not RentRedis), you can't customize application fields. You can't see which tenant made the maintenance request, only which unit, which is tough cause we have several tenants in each unit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
