I think that this is a great software for managing long term rentals! I especially like the price. If you get a BiggerPockets pro membership RentRedi is free, and most other management softwares cost about as much or more as a BP pro membership so it is great value. RentRedi claims to have a feature that allows you to upload and sign a lease through their portal. While this sounds great for landlords to manage all paperwork in 1 spot, the feature is faulty.

I asked customer support about this, and the CS team informed me that because I hadn't linked a payment account for my tenant, and hadn't been approved by underwriting, and that's why it's not showing yet.

Now my account has been underwritten approved for days, and the signed lease is still not visable.

This is downright dangerous for landlords. There was NO warning that I would not be able to see the lease until I set up a payment account (and I have tenants who prefer to use a check and would likley not want to pay through Rent Redi)

The application and screening process is very easy for potential tenants and for landlords. We have all of our applicants apply through RentRedi. It is very easy for them to upload documents for us to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
