Rentler takes care of everything I need as a single-unit rental property owner. It is intuitive and inexpensive for both landlord and tenant. Adding a new tenant (and qualifying applicants) is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the screening reports. I would never rent to anyone with having them fill out the rentler application first. It provides the most complete background checks and credit reports.
