What do you like best about Reef.ai?

The people - their team makes themselves available to share best practices and help customize the platform to exactly what we are looking for in a revenue management tool. What do you dislike about Reef.ai?

There is nothing I dislike about the platform - anytime we have mentioned a feature that would be 'nice to have', the Reef team delivered within a few weeks. It is easy to use and helps drive collaboration across our company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reef.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reef.ai helps me identify risk and upsell opportunities when looking into our customer renewals. We can look into platform usage, support cases, etc. to gather a 360 view of the customer status and health, which helps us in prioirtizing our renewals for each quarter. What do you like best about Reef.ai?

A few areas that drew me to Reef.

1) Unique heatmap interface for segmenting customer & identifying which customers need attention.

2) Promise of ML/AI engine to improve our cusotmer healthscore as we grow and have more cusotmer data into Reef

3) Native NRR and GRR reporting and visualization making it easy to communicate from the CSM level to the board level.

4) Integrated with the other products in our techstack.

What do you dislike about Reef.ai?

Not a dislike but a reality that they are a startup and product is still early days. Can be a pro if you like working with early stage products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reef.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scaling a customer success team to deliver expectional customer experience without hiring more CSMs.

Providing CSMs a tool that helps them easily identify which customers need their attention.
