What do you like best about REDX?

Quick to pick up the phone but not ethical when it comes to telling everything. Their customer service rep and sales people dont event communicate. They sounded very clueless. Redx most likely prays on agents that dont do enough resarch. If I had to choose, I would use Remine or Homesnap Pro Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REDX?

Customer service is nonexistent.

Not ethical

non-TCPA compliant of providing a phone number

Their data provided is too slow

Charged me for services not provided

Customer service was speedy to offer other services that had over 80% of numbers on DNC

Refused to offer a refund.

What do you like best about REDX?

REDx allows me to bring in leads for my group and myself, which is typically just another source for all. The leads have all the pertinent information needed, and I can pinpoint the area I want the leads to come from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REDX?

Although you get several leads per month, I'd still like to have better qualification questions to ask BEFORE I get the lead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REDX?

It is very user-friendly, easy to find settings and easy setup; even without a guide, it is easy to find ways to manage my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to pay an additional fee for certain features, it would be nice if all of the parts were already included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REDX?

They send my Realtor great expired leads as soon as they expire on the MLS. The lists are updated regularly when a property goes active again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
