Less phone numbers at higher quality would be somewhat helpful **What problems is REDX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing leads for agents affordably- it is helping build a pipeline and database without needing a huge amount of capital ### 2. I also use it to monitor my own database by checking for any activity on properties I might not be aware of, helping me stay updated. This is one feature I particularly value. **What do you dislike about REDX?** Like many others, I wish it were a bit cheaper, but overall, it seems reasonable if used correctly. One aspect I dislike is the note-taking section; I find myself scrolling excessively to find specific information, such as a direct call. I also wish it included references to the specific numbers I called previously, so I can easily verify both the number and the call details. Additionally, I would prefer the notes to be more AI-like, making them smarter and more organized. **What problems is REDX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having all the data from various lead sources and cross-checking it is essential. I especially appreciate the call record feature, which I sometimes use to listen to calls for more details, helping me prepare better. When used efficiently, it saves a lot of time and is very effective. If I had to manually search for all the numbers I call, I probably would contact less than 0.1% of the contacts. Without this system, I'm not even sure I would pursue expired listings, for sale by owner properties, or other leads. ### 3. The fantastic support, just a phone call away, made setup a breeze. REDX keeps me disciplined in lead management, providing and organizing leads effectively for follow-up. The software's ability to access my MLS and download expired listings is invaluable. It's state-of-the-art in its industry. **What do you dislike about REDX?** The phone numbers provided by REDX aren't perfect. Many of them are outdated or belong to previous owners or tenants, which affects the accuracy and reliability of the contact information. **What problems is REDX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find the product keeps me organized, disciplines my follow-up, and provides and structures leads efficiently in a win-win situation. ### 4. They made it easy to take my money. **What do you dislike about REDX?** RedX data and customer service are trash. After 5 business days, 5 phone calls and wasting 6 working hours, RedX is unable to get my account up and running. When I requested a refund and termination, they said they considered a successful log in to be the tool working successfully. Nevermind, the actual data and tool are malfunctioning. There is no way to run a business working with them and tools that are bound to break/not work as advertised. **What problems is REDX solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. They've helped me to eliminate them as a reliable source of data and information. ### 5. So scheduling listing appointments and obtaining listings is what I focused on. More conversation equals more conversion. That's what this platform offers and I love it. **What do you dislike about REDX?** I wish it had a built in CRM. I work a lot of sellers and I'm not ready to put them in MY Crm just yet but I would like to keep better track and follow up with them until that time . **What problems is REDX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having as many conversations as I can which ultimately equals conversions. ### 6. Their customer service rep and sales people dont event communicate. They sounded very clueless. Redx most likely prays on agents that dont do enough resarch. If I had to choose, I would use Remine or Homesnap Pro **What do you dislike about REDX?** Customer service is nonexistent. Not ethical non-TCPA compliant of providing a phone number Their data provided is too slow in Philadelphia area suburbs, they are horrible. **What problems is REDX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Charged me for services not provided Customer service was speedy to offer other services that had over 80% of numbers on DNC Refused to offer a refund. I like that it gives you their names and email address and not just address. You can also circle prospect a neighborhood by entering the address and how many names you want to dial around that address. **What do you dislike about REDX?** The circle prospecting isnt the best. It is hard to figure out how to not call a name again once you go through them. It also contains ALOT of bad numbers as well as old numbers. I wish there was a way to get cleaner data from this so we are not wasting as much time. **What problems is REDX solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our office does a lot of lead generation and redx provides to us the names of expireds and for sale by owners. We can also track the progress of our calls and make notes in each contact. ### 11.
