RedFlag has made communication during emergencies and marketing campaigns through M360 seamless and effective. RedFlag has been extremely versatile, offering multiple features such as Text-n-Tell, e-blasts, Wi-Fi-triggered messaging, and mobile alerts. It’s user-friendly, and the interface makes setting up campaigns or sending out emergency alerts simple & efficient. RedFlag has an easy-to-use interface that anyone can feel comfortable using. Recordkeeping is easy and streamlined. The mobile app is also a great perk - this allows for emergency messages to be sent out quicker, therefore keeping our employees safe.
Customer Support has always been quick to respond to the two very minor issues I have had, and, came to a resolution quickly. Our integration was seamless and we have continued support from our Customer Success Manager when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I have found with RedFlag is that text messages that are over a certain character length will need to be opened by clicking a link. Luckily, most of our emergency messages are shorter than the character limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
RedFlag is helpful because it allows our remote staff to receive communications broadly across our organization. This is also helpful for our in office staff because we are on the coast and in the line of hurricanes. We work at a non-profit which provides disaster relief supplies so we need to be able to communicate even when situations become dire. We haven't encountered many issues with RedFlag. Since we are a smaller organization we are able to employ any use of emergency systems that we require and RegFlag has provided us with plenty of options for message creation and disbursement. I really enjoy how user friendly the program is. It's simple to import contacts and send out messages with easy. It's very useful how you can group contacts together. I love how once a message has been sent the system shows you how many contacts were successful and failed to let you know the percentage of people actually receiving the message. Also love how you can create templates to cut down on having to write out a new message everytime. Customer service is super helpful and resolve any issue in no time! There isn't much I don't like about RedFlag, but if I had to think of something it would be that when entering contacts I would prefer for the system to automatically group contacts together that work at the same place. I don't mind every contact having the option to be an individual contact but I wish it would filter to groups as well. Example: Store: Claire's and then all the Claire's employees are a drop down list or can click into Claire's and it show all the employees. The platform is simple to understand and master. We were given an onboarding specialist who helped us with integration into our HR database for automatic imports and removals. Great platform for disseminating relevant information! We have used it to communicate throughout the staff, we have used it to inform resident families about all sorts of news, information, and events, and we have even combined it to ensure all the stakeholders of the facility can receive the same information in a timely and consistent basis. Price to value. We were looking for an Emergency Notification System that didn't break the bank, but had a robust set of features that we could use in the event that any/all of our employees could be communicated with.
