Using Red Sift we've been able to go from a DMARC none policy to DMARC reject in a matter of months.
Not only does the product make visualising DMARC reports a breeze, but using Dynamic Services it makes DNS changes to DMARC, SPF, DKIM and MTA-STS incredibly simple. Dynamic services was also easy to integrate with our DNS provider.
Before using OnDMARC we didn't have the visibility required to properly implement email security. We're now in DMARC reject, MTA-STS enforce and have been able to tidy up our DNS records.
We also use some of their other tools frequently to monitor certificates, which has allowed us to be more proactive.

OnDmarc is a great product. We have been albe to manage our SPF records with ease and have been albe to get over the 10 SPF Record limit. Trying to manually adjust SPF records was tedious. This allowed us to combine all our authorized senders into one dynamic include, so we don’t have to worry about SPF breaking. Our emails are now getting delivered properly, and we don’t have to constantly mess with DNS records. It is a set it and forget it tool and we are very with the services provided.

The interface is very intuitive and pulls through a lot of necessary information in an easy to digest way.
When looking at DMARC policies for instance, you can quickly check the domain status and for domains which are in passive mode you can check what email traffic has been observed and whether it is compliant with just a few clicks.

Depending on your spam filtering setup, if emails are being delivered via ARC, OnDMARc cannot see this, and may present this as failures. This can lead to some initial confusion in reporting, but it is not a flaw in the product (as their reports are true), but is important to be aware of in deployment. Whether you are a seasoned IT Professional or Newbie, the product is simple and intuitive to use and understand the results and metrics, that their platform gives back. For anything that you don't understand, their support staff will assist and guide you through what's good, what's bad and what to look out for and what not to worry about. They truly are leaders in their space. The innovation being driven through their entire platform, is quite extraordinary, with features that no one else is offering yet, but they have. When you couple that with their account managers and technical people, it really is something that just delivers a stress free service. Meetings were punctually attended, information from Red Sift was accurate and concise, roadmaps for feature enhancements were demonstrated, feedback was continually sought so they could improve their service and deliver even more SMTP based goodness into your infrastructure. It really is one of those rare IT moments, where after everything has been implemented and its all working, you think to yourself "well that was a lot easier than I was expecting". Other service providers should take note of how these people do things because for once in my world of IT infrastructure, the promises are delivered by the product, and the people have been more like family and friends than vendors. What is least helpful? what do I dislike about RedSift? Literally nothing. If I had to say something, it would be that they didn't give me the winning Lottery numbers this week, or why don't they know where all the Bic Biro's go in the world? but the product and the people I cannot fault so I'm not going to start making up pedantry items to make a more fair and balanced argument.
