Easy to implement and had a good onboarding experience. The console gives us a good view to the status of all the domains we monitor with this. It is easy to make changes to DMARC policies of quarantine, block, or none without needing to go into DNS and they apply immediately without needing to wait for replication. As we have added more domains the console sometimes takes longer to load than it should. Some of the alerts we get from the console (i.e. spf issue with a domain) are red herrings and take time to review when there is not an actual issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had 12 SPF records and looked for a solution. After, some research I found that DMARC enforcement is becoming a requirement within PCI compliance. While this action is not required until March of 2025, the process of DMARC setup and implementation takes a while.

I set up a free trial for one of our domains. Coincidently our Marketing team asked to implement BIMI. I realized that would need help to understand how to deal with SPF, DMARC, DKIM, and BIMI.

I had tried other email Dmark, DKIM and SPF software before finding EasyDmarc. It has a lovely interface, easy to use dashboard and leads you through carefully all that needs to be set up and monitor with today's many elements required for sending emails.

I also found the onboarding call with Milena lovely and informative and have found the support team (Vlad) super friendly and helpful. It's a relief to have this kind of support as one navigates through this maze and integrates this into our business.

With all the recent changes and the requests by major search engines to have SPF, DMARC, and all the other requirements, EasyDMARC was the third company I tried, and now I use them for two of my domains. EasyDMARC provides several features beyond the standard of its competitors. It's very easy to use, and they have an API that connects your domain host provider with their system, seamlessly integrating the update to the DNS records. It's been excellent for increasing my understanding of DMARC after trying to manually interpret the reports that I had initially coming in to my mailbox.

It gives you an overview of each domain for SPF and DKIM so you can adjust the records and become compliant for whatever you are using to send out mail.

You can easily adjust your DMARC policy as well from monitoring to qurantine or reject depending on what you need.

DMARC appears to be somewhat of a mystery in the IT industry. It is mindblowing how many domains fail to configure this setting right or even at all. EasyDMARC provides a toolkit to simplify the implementation and management for SPF, DKIM and DMARC for your domain. I love that the platforms simple design. No super fancy or complicated UI. Just a UI that is user friendly, easy to navigate, and just works! What more could you ask for?!

I also love the fact that the team at EasyDMARC continues to improve the product(check out EasySender) and is very open to feedback on the product. They value partner feedback. We have recently had discussions around their API and some use cases for it. We have had the opportunity to collaborate on integrations they are building as well as some marketing material for partners to use.

The very few technical issues that I have had, customer support has been fantastic. Very fast and very knowledgable.

We use EasyDMARC pretty much daily at this point. We have a little over 50 domains under management. We also use the domain scanner tool to have an icebreaker conversation with prospective clients.
