So Aussie customers will have to wait the following day for a response **What problems is Valimail solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a managed service provider, clients we may need to onboard several mail senders, hence blowing up our SPF record past the 10 lookup. Unlike similar products, Valimail uses macros to properly flatten the SPF record to just 1 lookup.
